Thank you so much to everyone who came out to the first HighFrequency sound bath!!!! It was such a success full of relaxation and healing (and of course, the magical plant 🌱)!!!!

Biggest of thank you to @berried_seed who have put their hearts and souls into creating one of the most special and intimate venues in nyc. Truly can’t wait to work with y’all again 🥹🍓

I am overloaded with gratitude and if you missed this last one have no fear, this is only the beginning and we have so much in the works for the future 🌺🫶👁️🌙

THE ALBUM IS OUUUTTTTTTTT 🕺😭

when Apollo and I set out to make our debut album over 3 years ago we didn’t really plan on making a dystopian cyberpunk rock opera concept album with an accompanying comic book but I literally couldn’t be any happier with the results 😭 words cannot express the gratitude I have for this album and my bestie/bandmate and all our producers and engineers and everyone who has supported us for years before we even started releasing music. to have an album out has been a dream for me for so many years and now it’s out for you to experience too!!!!
