Happy Cover Reveal Day for Waiting For You! Once again @joburns.designs hit it out of the park with this amazing cover. I just love it. Waiting For You is coming Nov. 6th. ARC signups are still open (info is in my bi0). πŸŽ„BLURB πŸŽ„ What happens when you get snowed in at Christmas with someone you’ve never met? When my best friend offers up her family’s cabin for a solo Christmas vacation, it’s exactly what I need. My plan is to relax, catch up on reading, finish a few craft projects, and do yoga. Except when I show up, there's someone already at the cabin - Hudson Wells. He was invited by my best friend’s brother. Before we can decide who stays and who goes, a snowstorm hits and we have no choice but to make the most of our situation - share the cabin and the only bed. Maybe it’s Christmas magic or maybe it’s the mulled wine, but whatever it is has us falling hard and fast. That is until I learn the secret he’s been keeping. Now I have to decide if it’s just a Christmas fling or if he’s the guy I’ve been waiting for. #holidaynovella #christmasromance #rockstarromance #christmasnovella by @marissajamesauthor

In honor of my favorite NHL team's first game of the season I give you my fictional hockey team - the Orlando Storm's starting line up. Now spoiler some of these players have since retired and some of them joined the team later in the series BUT we're just going to pretend that this is the starting line up. You can read them in any order but if you want to read them in order, check the second graphic. All are available in KU except Scoring Chance - it is a F R E E novella, info in my bi0 to download it. πŸ’Goalie: Holt Abbott in Golden Goal. Read if you like single dad, surprise baby, workplace romance, age gap (she's older), FMC in STEM (she's the team's PT), forced proximity, found family. πŸ’ Defense: Sebastian Henderson in Line Change. Read if you like marriage of convenience, surprise pregnancy (not his baby), MCs in their 30s, age gap (she's older), workplace romance, pierced MMC, found family. πŸ’ Defense: Weston Reynolds in Blue Line. Read if you like brother's best friend, fake engagement, forced proximity, found family, toys as teammates. πŸ’ Forward: Brody Thompson in Break Out. Read if you like fake dating, best friends to lovers, only one bed, he's got a secret tattoo for her, FMC in STEM, MCs in their 30s, found family. πŸ’ Center: Caleb Cutter in Scoring Change. This is the only novella in the series & only available via the link in my bi0 (it's $0.00). Read if you like brother's best friend. πŸ’ Forward: Hunter Rhodes in Hot Shot. Read if you like strangers to friends to lovers, coach's estranged daughter, age gap (she's older), he falls first, found family. #hockeyromancebooks #foundfamilytrope #foundfamilytrope #spicyhockeyromance #spicyhockeyromancebooks by @marissajamesauthor

Convincing you to read Line Change with one quote... I memorize the sightβ€”her stretched out on the couch, a blanket tucked around her, her hair loose around her face. She looks peaceful, like she belongs here. I rub my chest. I can’t get attached to her. I mean, I can, but then my heart will break when this is over. She’s turned me down. She doesn’t want this to be more than fake. Are you convinced? Line Change is book 5 in the Orlando Storm series but can be read as a standalone, it is available in KU, eBook, and paperback. What you can expect: πŸ’œ Marriage of Convenience πŸ’ Accidental Pregnancy (not his baby) πŸ’œ Found Family πŸ’ Forced Proximity πŸ’œ Workplace Romance πŸ’ MCs in their 30s πŸ’œ Pierced MMC πŸ’ Spice πŸ’œ Dual First Person POVs #hockeyromancebooks #marriageofconveniencetrope #nothisbabytrope #accidentalpregnancyromance #foundfamilytrope Hockey romance, bookish community, book lover, book marketing, found family, booktok, booktok community, sports romance by @marissajamesauthor

Happy Teaser Tuesday! Have you added Waiting For You to your TBR? Preordered an eBook? Signed up for an ARC? Done all three? Maybe this teaser quote will convince you .... Quote: She puts her hand in mine and I swear it feels like I’ve been struck by lightning, but that’s not possible. That doesn’t actually happen in real life, just in the movies, and there is no way this is a f*cking movie.
