My love letter to @seminoledanceforceclubfsu 💌The past three years at FSU have been filled with love, excitement, and so much growth… and my dance team has been such an important part of my experience here. I have had the honor of dancing with some of the most amazing women, and I was even more honored to have been the head captain this last season. Leading this team brought challenges that led to learning curves, it brought long and devoted practices and preparation, but most of all, it brought me many of my favorite memories. To my teammates, thank for trusting me to guide us this season and for supporting me through it all! Thank you @kayleekcroft and @evbreckenridge for being the best co-captains. Our team is as amazing as it is because of your help day in and day out leading this team!While it saddens me to close this chapter of my life, I could not be more grateful to end with Nationals at NDA in Daytona Beach with my dance family 🤍 This season was SO strong and I cannot wait to cheer on my team in the coming years 🌟 by @marissamadaus

DANCE MARATHON WEEKEND ❣️❣️❣️I was first introduced to Dance Marathon at FSU my first semester of my freshman year, and wow… what a blessing it has been to be part of such a great cause.This organization truly changes the lives of SO many people around the world and I am honored to be a part of this wonderful cause. DM raises funds and awareness for the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, UF Shands in Gainesville, and FSU’s College of Medicine. The funds go directly towards pediatric health and improving the experience of children and their families that are receiving care within these hospitals.Dance Marathon at FSU is an organization like no other. Last year was my first year being involved with DM, and I immediately knew that I wanted to do more and be a part of the internal team. This year, I am part of the Dancer Relations branch, serving as a Morale Captain! 🥰This weekend, I will be standing for 30 hours straight, dancing for the children and their families who can’t. The main event this weekend invites Miracle Families to join us and our push, while sharing their unique stories and journeys… and the impact that our organization has had on their life. During YEAR 30, I have raised over $500, and I could not have done it without all of my amazing donors. But IT IS NOT OVER YET ‼️ Please please please consider donating to my donor drive! Every. Dollar. Counts. My goal for the end of the weekend is to hit Comma Club ($1000) and I cannot do it without my dedicated support system (you guys!). I am committed to DM and to children’s health, and I am so excited to grow with our special family in the coming year!
