You know what gets me excited? Helping people feel better AND making it easier for them to keep going.

Because getting started is one thing. Actually staying consistent when life starts lifing is another.

I want you feeling good, understanding your body, and having the energy to do all the fun things you’ve been putting off.

And I LOVE that this gives my clients another way to make their health a priority without every appointment feeling like a huge expense.

Because I need more friends with energy to book flights, go on adventures, and order margaritas with me. 😂🍹✈️

You can’t keep doing the same things and expecting your future self to magically have her sh*t together. 😂🌿

We all want the energy, the strong body, the clear mind, the big goals, and the freaking amazing life.

But here’s the thing…

Your future self is watching what you’re doing TODAY. 👀

Not what you’re planning to start Monday.
Not what you’re saving on Pinterest.
Not the 47 wellness tips you’ve screenshotted and never looked at again. 😂

The little things you repeat every single day? THAT’S where the magic happens.

And before you go buying 15 supplements, changing your entire diet, and creating a morning routine that requires waking up at 4 AM…

Can we figure out what your body actually needs first?! 🤓

That’s why I created my FREE Body System Quiz!

It’s a simple way to start identifying which body systems may need a little extra love so you can make more intentional choices instead of throwing spaghetti at the wellness wall.

Because we’re not just dreaming about becoming that healthy, happy, thriving version of ourselves.

We’re building her. One freaking habit at a time. ✨

Your genes may load the gun, but your environment helps pull the trigger. 🧬🌿

That’s epigenetics.

Your DNA isn’t necessarily changing, but the way certain genes are expressed can be influenced by things like nutrition, stress, sleep, movement, toxins, and your environment.

Which is exactly why the little things matter.

What you eat.
What you breathe.
What you put on your skin.
How you manage stress.
How you sleep.
How you move.

You don’t need a perfect, toxin-free life. You need to start giving your biology more of what supports it and less of what constantly works against it.

Your genetics are part of your story. They don’t have to be the whole story. 🧬✨ by @marissamarsh_

Well… I guess we’re finally doing this. 😂

A few months ago, I decided to start a Substack. Set it all up, started writing, got excited about it… and then just wouldn’t hit PUBLISH. 🤣

Not because I didn’t have anything to say. If you know me, you KNOW that’s not the problem.

BUT HERE WE ARE!

I’ve already got a few articles up, AND 3 more are scheduled to come out this month! Look at me actually following through. 😂

I wanted somewhere to share a little more of what’s going on inside my head.

My own healing journey. Things I’ve learned (sometimes the hard way). What I’m working through personally. What I’m seeing with clients, the things we’re digging into, and WHY I’m approaching their health the way I do.

Because there’s so much more to feeling good than taking a supplement, eating better, or getting your steps in.

And honestly, I want to share more of the behind-the-scenes of what this work actually looks like. The questions, the changes, the things that work, and the things that make me rethink what I thought I knew. 🤓🌿

NOW I WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU!

What do you want me to write about? What have you been curious about? Is there something you’ve heard me talk about that you want me to go deeper on?

Seriously, give me the questions!

👇 Drop your ideas in the comments!

And come hang out with me on Substack! There’s already a little reading waiting for you, with more coming this month.

A little more Marissa, a little less Instagram character limit. 😂 by @marissamarsh_

🎄 Okay, who’s already Christmas shopping and who’s just adding things to their own cart? 😂

Because these holiday goodies are making it REALLY hard to remember I’m supposed to be shopping for other people.

Pink Champagne, Vanilla Mint, Cinnamon Roll, Hazelnut Haven… I mean, COME ON. 🥂

Cute gifts, fun scents, stocking stuffers, and all the little things that make the holidays more fun!

I’m sharing a few in the photos, but there’s a whole collection to explore!

AND CAN WE TALK ABOUT REWARDS ORDERS FOR A SECOND?! 🤓

If you’re already ordering your favorite products every month, WHY are we not getting rewarded for it?!

You’re buying things you actually use, earning points toward future orders, AND you can throw these holiday goodies into your Rewards Order.

That’s my kind of shopping math. 😂

Just remember, these are limited edition, so once they’re gone, they’re gone!

🎁 READY TO SHOP?!

Comment HOLIDAY and I’ll send you the link to shop the whole collection!

Already have a Rewards Order? Add your favorites to it and get those points!

And if you’re not using Rewards Orders yet, let’s fix that. 😂 I’ll help you get started!

Now tell me… are we shopping for other people or treating ourselves? Because I fully support both. 🥂🎄 by @marissamarsh_

Before assuming you just have to live with a symptom, ask a better question:

What can I check, support, or change naturally?

Sometimes it’s food. Nutrients. Gut health. Sleep. Stress. Movement. Your environment.

Your body gives clues. You just have to know where to look.

Most criticism isn’t about you.

It’s what happens when your actions challenge someone else’s beliefs about what’s possible.

People ahead of you usually aren’t throwing hate.
They’re too busy building.

Keep going.

Someone else’s limits don’t have to become yours. by @marissamarsh_

You’re cleaning your house to make it HEALTHIER… so why are we exposing ourselves to MORE chemicals in the process?! 😂🧽

Think about how much contact you have with cleaning products every single day.

You spray the counters and breathe in what’s floating through the air.

You wash your clothes, then wear them against your skin ALL day.

You wash your sheets, then sleep in them for 8 hours.

You wash your dishes, then eat off them.

You scrub your bathrooms, mop your floors, wipe down surfaces, and repeat it all again tomorrow.

That is a LOT of daily exposure.

And depending on the ingredients, conventional cleaning products can contribute to respiratory irritation, headaches, skin reactions, and unnecessary chemical exposure.

Cleaning your home should REDUCE what you’re exposed to, not add to it. 👏

This is why I LOVE my Thieves cleaning products.

Give me the concentrated cleaner. Give me the laundry soap. Give me the dish soap. Give me the whole freaking lineup. 😂🌿

I want products that actually CLEAN while helping me be more intentional about the ingredients I’m bringing into my home.

Because when we’re talking about reducing the daily stressors on our bodies, we can’t forget about the environment we’re living in.

You don’t have to throw away everything in your house overnight.

Start with the products you’re using most often. Those little swaps add up.

And if you’re still cleaning your entire house with products that give you a headache just from opening the bottle… we need to talk. 😂

Comment THIEVES and I’ll send you my favorite cleaning swaps to get started! 🌿 by @marissamarsh_

Organic. Natural. Cage-free. Pasture-raised. Non-GMO. Farm fresh.

Those words can mean something, but they don’t always tell you the whole story.

Organic produce can still be treated with pesticides approved for organic farming. “Cage-free” eggs don’t automatically mean chickens were outside eating bugs and living on pasture. And now we have cultivated meat entering the food system, making it even more important to understand what we’re actually buying.

There is SO much marketing happening between the farm and your grocery cart.

Which is why one of my favorite nutrition tips has nothing to do with counting macros:

Get to know your farmers.

Ask how they grow their vegetables.

Ask what they spray.

Ask what the chickens eat.

Ask whether the animals are actually pasture-raised.

Ask how the cows are raised and finished - are they vaccinated while alive or at the butcher?

I would rather know the person who grew my broccoli and raised my beef than blindly trust a pretty label at the grocery store.

You don’t have to make your food perfect.

But the closer you can get to real food + real farmers + knowing where your food came from, the better. by @marissamarsh_

Sometimes we’re so quick to give ourselves grace, patience, and encouragement to everyone else, but forget to offer the same kindness to ourselves. 🤍 The way you speak to yourself matters. When you make a mistake, have a hard day, or feel like you’re not where you “should” be, try speaking to yourself the way you would to someone you love. Be patient with your growth, celebrate the little wins, and remind yourself that you’re doing better than you think. ✨ Your inner voice should feel like a safe place to come home to. by @marissamarsh_
