There’s a special kind of ache that comes with standing alone not because you messed up, but because you finally stopped pretending.

I’ve watched the loud one get shielded.
Watched the one causing the damage get clapped for,
while the person cleaning up the fallout gets silence… or blame… or both.

I’ve been the one who walked out with no crowd behind me.
Not because I wanted to be alone,
but because I refused to sit at tables built on drama and gossip.
I refused to be stepped on and smile about it.

I’m done shrinking to keep the peace.
Done choking down truth so other people can stay comfortable.

If honesty costs me the room, fine.
I’ll stand in the hallway by myself.

Because the real bully is almost never the one standing alone.
It’s the one wrapped in applause, protected by a circle, a cover story and just enough charm to get away with it.

I’ll take solitude over fake loyalty every time.
And I’ll keep saying what’s real, even if it makes me unpopular.

Stop telling people I’m playing victim when the only power you’ve got comes from standing in a crowd.

Patty Cake clearly hated MLMs which is just affiliate marketing too, and the fact Lindsay was doing beachbody, it was brought up in the trial and how she lost money in it makes me wonder why that was even brought up….. Patrick clearly wasn’t happy about her doing beach body or spending their money on the products.

The more you dig into his Reddits the more you see his true colors.

Lindsay was thinking of going back to work and since they had 2 older kids I bet Patrick told her they had to sleep train him in order for her to go back to work because he needed his sleep to have the energy for all 3 of his kids because remember they drained his energy quickly!

I really don’t believe Lindsay wanted to do this but she was trying to keep the peace in her marriage maybe and it ate her up inside, causing her anxiety & ptsd on top of being postpartum (you’re hormones are out of whack for the first year) I’m not taking about PPD, every Mom is postpartum afterbirth, but I’m sure this all didn’t help with causing PPD down the road or at this time.

My heart breaks for Lindsay. Every goodMom worries about their baby, but we all have some type of mom guilt and can feel anxious, we can feel exhausted from taking care of everyone. Did the prosecutors have kids themselves? Because all they did was make every Mom watching this feel relatable to all of this and sad for Lindsay… well those of us who see things clearly and know the investigation was open shut.

Patrick posted about Cora. Lindsay journaled about Callan. And they are complete opposites.

What I can’t stop thinking about is this,

With Cora at 14 months, Lindsay didn’t even want to sleep train. Patrick said she would go in and intervene when Cora cried.

With Callan, not even 4 months old... she’s journaling about hearing him cry for over an hour and not stepping in. About feeling a trauma response from sleep training and being obsessed with his sleep and nap schedule.

14 months and she didn’t want to do it. Just shy of 4 months and she’s doing it and it is eating her up inside.

It makes you wonder if she felt like she didn’t have a choice that time.

It’s not about ALL men. It’s about how almost every woman knows EXACTLY what I’m talking about. And if you’re a woman, you probably have a story of your own. 💔

The unwanted comments. The guy who wouldn’t leave you alone. The “I have a boyfriend” excuse just to get someone to back off.

The unwanted touching. The fear of rejecting someone because you don’t know how they’ll react.

The times you’ve pretended to be nice because your safety mattered more than your comfort.

Some women have experienced harassment. Some have been groped, stalked, assaulted, or graped.

Some have experienced multiple forms of abuse. And some have lost their lives
.
You don’t have to have been graped to understand the fear women carry
.
And yet, when women speak up about these experiences, how often does the conversation turn into “not all men” instead of asking WHY this is such a universal conversation among women?

We know it’s not all men. We’re asking for accountability, awareness, respect, and a world where women don’t have to constantly calculate their safety.

If you’re a woman, I want to ask you something: Have you ever felt unsafe, uncomfortable, or afraid because of a man’s behavior?

Because I think we already know how many of us would answer that.

Did you know we will never see all the evidence in a trial either & just because it wasn’t in the trial doesn’t mean it doesn’t count? The prosecutors and defense have to agree what is presented and what’s not.
