Me on HBO’s Rooster, sharing a scene with Steve Carell.

I fangirl over his character in the scene… and I’m not sure where the acting starts.

Dating really reveals who gets to relax… and who feels like they need to over-prepare for everything

I’m just noticing patterns.

POV: You’re a Pilates teacher visiting Nice and Tall Pilates in Manhattan—a studio carrying on the lineage of the original New York Pilates tradition. 🖤

As someone who’s taught Pilates for over 20 years, this felt a little like a pilgrimage. Joe and Clara Pilates both taught in this space, and it wasn’t just their studio—it was literally their home. They lived there as their residence, blurring the lines between life, work, and the method they dedicated themselves to sharing with the world.

Standing in a place that honors that lineage is a reminder that the fundamentals never go out of style. You can almost feel the history in the room.

Sometimes the best way to grow is to go back to the source.

POV: YAGP is exhausting, emotional, inspiring… and somehow still one of our favorite family memories. 🤍

Rehearsals, quick food runs, costume craziness, Airbnb laughs, and all the proud parent moments — Houston seriously gave us all the feels. So thankful for this season, our amazing village, and this kid chasing big dreams. ✨🩰

Thank you to everyone who came out Soy Saucey this weekend. It was a great show and we announced the launch of our KICKSTARTER campaign. Whether you want to give just for the good karma or you want a Vedic astrology reading or a co-producer credit (what???!) you can find it at the link in bio or TinyURL.com/SoySauceyKickstarter

if you didn’t know, Kickstarter is all or nothing so we either raise all of the $9,750 or we get $0 so every dollar helps!
