livin’ on the edge, according to @aerosmith i have always been the person who enjoyed a life on the edge, seeking adrenaline, running on a mountain, skiing, even yet skiing, climbing rocks, and doing almost everything alone. i believed i was living so i could push my body, my limits, proving that nothing was impossible for me. but then i lost my spark, life caught up with me, and i got sick. it’s been some tough years, and it’s still hard. but lately the nature has been calling me back to my roots. hiking, climbing and meditation, not in silence and alone yet, but with my safe person and favorite music. my body and mental health requires to be treated differently now, and we’re learning to be friends again. but for now i’m happy with the small victories and doing what’s best for me. remember to take care of yourself, live your life, and be kind, we’re all different, struggling with our own shit, and living for the first time. peace out for today ✌🏾☮️ by @maritvikenerhus
