Korean Chicken bowlsSweet, spicy, salty & crunchyJust how I like my food 🤩It’s a little bit of prep work/components but it’s a keeper recipe. Video recipe in my ramzan recipes highlights. Serve with the cucumber salad recipe which is available in my salad guidesChop 2 lbs of chicken into bite sized cubes. And soak it in about 2 cups of buttermilk. You can add 2 tbsp of lemon juice or vinegar to 2 cups of milk to make it buttermilk. Soak for an hourSauce: Heat up the following on low 2 tbsp of sriracha* (or use gochujang)2 tbsp of honey1/2 tsp of red chili flakes3 tbsp of dark brown sugar3 tbsp of soy sauce2 chopped cloves of garlic1/2 inch of grated gingerI tsp of sesame oilI tsp of sesame seedsRemove from heat when it starts bubbling. U can keep the sauce as thick or thin as you like. Fry chicken: Flour mixture is 1 cup of flour, 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of garlic powder, 1/2 tsp of pepper and 1/2 tsp of white pepper, 1 tsp of baking soda. Remove the chicken from the buttermilk, gently toss into the flour mixture. Set aside some oil in a frying on to deep fry chicken.Do so in batches. Assembly:Toss chicken in sauce, serve with rice. Garlic Fried Rice 3 beaten eggsNeutral Oil for frying5 tbsp of salted butter6 cloves of chopped garlic 4 chopped spring onions whites separate to the green 1 tsp or more of sesame seeds 1 tsp of sesame oil 2 cups of any rice. I used the Trader Joe’s brown rice it’s my favorite. But basmati also works great. Ideally should be short grain Seasonings: 1/2 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of white sugar, 1 tsp of chicken powder I use the @shaheenroastery brand 2 tbsp of soy sauce In a frying pan over medium heat scramble the eggs. Remove from pan. Return the pan back to the heat and place the heat on high. Add 2 tablespoons of butter and a little bit of oil. When the butter gets warmed up add the garlic and the whites of the green onions. Once the garlic gets fragrant and Golden add in the sesame seeds and the rice and 2 more tbsp of butter. Once the butter melts add in the seasonings as well as the soy sauce. Mix well, adjust seasoning. Pour the sesame oil and Add another tbsp of butter right before serving. Pineapple & Mango salsa1 cup chopped pineapple 2 mangoes chopped up1/2 a jalapeño or 3-4 chopped Thai chilies 1 Persian cucumber chopped5-6 cherry tomatoes chopped1/2 a red onion chopped1/2 a bunch of cilantro Salt to taste 1/2 tsp of garlic powder Juice of 1 lime1 tbsp of honey 1 tbap of olive oil Have all your vegetables chopped and ready to go. Sprinkle the seasoningsAdd in the olive oil, lime juice and honey. Mix and serve cold. Serve with bbq (grilled chicken, fish or beef) Tex mex, tacos, as an appetizer with chips. The options are endless. Additions You can make this with just mango or pineapple. Add black beansAdd bell peppers You can make this a day in advance. Just drop some of the liquid before serving. Refresh your hydrangeas 🤍Take off the leaves, cut the stems at an angle and fill up the vase with hot water. You don’t it to be boiling, but you do want it to be hot. Put the stems back in. ✨CHICKEN BITES2 lbs of chicken tenderloins cut into bite sized cubes3 tbsp of olive oilSeasoningsSalt to taste1 tsp each of of paprika, Italian seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, white pepper.Mix all of the seasonings and oil into the chicken and set aside for 30 mins, airfry at 380F for 8 mins, flip and air fry for another 5. Remove from the air fryer and pour over the melted garlic honey butter. And Serve. You can have this with mashed potatoes, your choice of pasta, on its own, in a sandwich, you will love it. ✨GARLIC HONEY BUTTER2 tbsp of melted butter1 tbsp of soy sauce1 tbsp of honey Zest of 1 limeJuice of 1/2 a limeSalt and pepper to taste1 minced garlic cloveMix all the ingredients together✨SALAD DRESSING3 tbsp of balsamic vinegar, 2 tbsp of olive oil1 tbsp of grainy mustardSalt and upper to taste1 tbsp of maple syrup Juice of 1/2 a lime1 tsp of garlic powderMix everything well and adjust to your liking. Serve over your salad of choice as a dressing. I did greens, strawberries, feta cheese, pumpkin seeds and walnuts. Keeps well for up to 10 days in the fridge. Treat yourself ramen▪️2 packets of buldak ramen (carbonara and chicken)Sauce: ▪️The sauce the powder packets that come with the noodles (If you dont like it super spicy add only 1/2 the sauce packets, it gets really spicy) ▪️1/4th cup of hot water▪️1/2 tsp of chicken powder▪️2 tbsp of soy sauce▪️1 tsp of sesame oil ▪️1 tbsp of peanut butter▪️1/2 tsp of brown sugar ▪️1 tsp of onion powder▪️1 tsp of garlic powder▪️Juice of 1/2 a limeMix the sauce ingredients and set aside▪️3/4th cup of more of half and half (milk and cream) ▪️1/2 a cup of shredded cheese (I used mozzarella and cheddar)MethodBoil the noodles in water and drain. Do not over boil. Leave them slightly chewy. Add the noodles pan into a pan and pour in the sauce. Mix and add in the half and half. Let it start bubbling slightly and fold in the cheese. It will immediately start to thicken. Serve with a protein of your choice ShrimpMarinate 1 lb of shrimp in 2 tbsp of olive oil 1 tsp of onion powder, cracked black pepper, 1 tsp of garlic powder, salt to taste and 1 tsp or more of sesame seeds. Fry 2 mins on both sides. Note: this is recipe I’ve seen several creators make with their own spin. What a stunning gift. #sponsored Qeema Noodles1 medium onion chopped 2 lbs of chicken minceOil to frySpices: salt to taste, pepper to taste, 1/2 tsp of red chili powder, 1 tsp of coriander powder, 1 tsp of cumin powder, 1/2 tsp of garam Masala 2 tbsp of soy sauce Chopped cilantro acc to taste 1 cut up capsicum 1 packet of noodles 1/4th a cup or more of chili sauce In a large pot add the oil and the onion, fry till translucent and add in the ground chicken & garlic. Let the water dry up. Use a potato masher to break up the meat as your go.Once the chicken mince has some color on it Add the spices. Fry for 2-3 mins on medium high heat. Adjust seasoning.Now add in the soy sauce, the cilantro and the capsicum. Fry for 2 mins. Pour the noodles in and stir stir stir. If the noodles break - its rite of passage my friends. I also like to add in about 1/4th a cup of chili garlic sauce.At this point adjust seasoning. I like to add a splash more of soy sauceLet the chicken mixture coat the noodles.
