Benefits of using a rice 🌾 hair mask
•helps moisturize my 4C hair
• reduce breakage and promotes hair growth 🪴🌾

⚠️ let your mask cool off for 30 minutes before you use it , test it to see how hot it feels . ⚠️ ( I prefer to use it when is not fully cold yet a little warm it helps my hair stay hydrated).

What you’ll need :
1/5 cup of rice
Olive oil ( your preferred hair oil ) I use 🫒 oil because my hair loves it .
1/5 cup of water.

How to prepare :
•Put the water to bowl with your preferred oil .
• once the water is boiling add the rice ( wash your rice or not up to you I honestly wash it at least once )

• you can either use a blender like I did or you can make a pure and then make sure you don’t have my crumbs on it because they can get stuck to your hair and is really hard to get off.

I use my heat streamer every time I use a mask on my hair or face it helps keep the moisture locked in since my 4c is so dry sometimes. I usually use heat for 15-30 minutes, and if you don’t have a heat steamer you can use double bags on your head to keep the heat trapped in your hair.

Finally remove with warm water and proceed with your regular wash day. by @marix4c
