It’s a running joke in our family that the world don’t care about Father’s Day as much as Mother’s Day. Over here we go all out for our men because they deserve the world and more. Where would we be without the our dads and this is just a portion. I love you guys and I love the love we share for one another even more.

Whew. I think this has been my favorite conversation yet. Every time, it just keeps getting better and better.

Thank you to everyone who was willing to come and share your stories and how you overcame mental health challenges. This is still very much a learning experience and another piece of the puzzle in becoming who God has called me to be.

This isn’t about just being on a panel. It’s about being part of the solution and bringing healing to our community, one conversation at a time. Mental health is real, and it impacts everyone to some capacity.
