I made this 2 months ago, didn’t released it properly. Was just in here experimenting and having fun.

Here you go. A space of tools, letters that fall and collide and birth new forms, a color system you control, heat motion.

Don’t forget to set your own mood in the system color.
Trust me it’s fun.

You have the control. Design something.

We have a tendency to treat every rupture as something to be repaired. A process to optimize, a person to manage, a system to patch. We reach for the tool before we’ve named the wound.

But most of the problems that actually matter, in organizations, in relationships, in societies, aren’t technical. They don’t have an expert and a solution waiting somewhere. They require something far more uncomfortable: that the people inside the problem change. Their beliefs, their habits, the stories they tell about why things are the way they are.

We’ve built entire institutions around solving the wrong problems well. The efficiency is impeccable. The metrics are clean. And nothing fundamentally changes...

Dostoyevsky’s characters don’t suffer from lack of information. They suffer from the inability to act on what they already know. That gap, between knowing and doing, between seeing and changing, is where most human failure actually lives.

The question worth asking isn’t how do we fix this. It’s who has to change for this to move.
