Mark @aoe_mark came to me with one clear goal…

He wanted to step on stage in Australia and feel confident enough to play with his shirt OFF. 🎸🔥

Fast forward to today — he’s officially 38lbs down and in the best shape he’s been in years.

No crash dieting.
No crazy restrictions.
No shortcuts.

Just consistent training, dialed-in nutrition, and a commitment to showing up even when tour prep got busy.

His main motivation?
To walk on stage, under the lights, in front of thousands… and own it.

Now he’s about to kick off his Australia tour feeling leaner, stronger, and more confident than ever.

This is what happens when you stop wishing and start executing.

Proud of you, Mark. Let’s make this tour legendary 🇦🇺🔥

BIRMINGHAM ➡️ LEEDS ➡️ BOURNEMOUTH ➡️ NORTHAMPTON 🥵

Fills my heart to scream these songs with you all every week. Appreciate every single one of you beyond words.

After three years of touring with a 100% attendance record - I’m afraid this weekend I’ll be missing my hometown show to swan off to America with the @atlfalconsuk boys. I know the boys will give yiz a show to remember 🫶🏻❤️‍🩹

Download 2026 🖤

Amazing to spend some time with my nearest and dearest with plenty of delicious pints, sunshine and amazing music, and fanboyed the shit out of @iceninekills . 🤘🏻

Heart is full, back is sore, voice has gone for a walk, and my feet are essentially bags of Rice Krispies. 🫶🏻
