Training has been rubbish, so today I baked a 3-portion white chocolate cheesecake instead (pretty sure the recipe said eat within 3 days, and I have no comps until the Manchester Open so I can't offload it onto my powerlifting mates). Just have to wait for it to cool, then chill in the fridge 😅. Might even get around to putting the raspberries and cream on top too. by @mark_henkelis

Now I'm officially bench only, I may as well post some bench. Still rehabbing a pec tear, this is the first time I've moved the bar a bit quicker since that. Blocks for my dicky hip, think I'll have to use the lower ones. 100x8 after many warmups #northwestpowerlifting by @mark_henkelis

May finally be getting somewhere with my hip, shame tech has gone out of the window 😬. Still on blocks for deads, but getting lower (straps too as I can only hold a couple of reps DOH ATM 😂). 170x8, set 1. #northwestpowerlifting #powerlifting by @mark_henkelis
