Thank you NY Pro Show for an experience that will stay with me for the rest of my life. At one point, this was only a dream. And if someone told me 4 years ago — when I first moved to New York completely alone and started everything from zero — “Mark, in 4 years you’ll be standing on stage competing with the best athletes in the world…” I probably would’ve smiled… and thought it sounded impossible. BUT — everything becomes possible when you truly follow your dream. When you choose the right direction, stay committed to your goal, and keep moving forward no matter what circumstances surround you. There’s a lot I never showed or talked about… the battles behind the scenes during these 4 years, the moments that forced me to hold back tears and clench my fists just to keep going. Just a simple guy from a small town, raised without a father, from an ordinary family… who left home at 16 years old and is still chasing his purpose and trying to find his place under the sun 🎯🙏🏾 And of course, a huge thank you to my coach @francisco_jose_espin For believing in me, pushing me beyond my limits, and guiding me through every challenge along the way. This journey would not have been possible without your knowledge, support, and dedication. We are only getting started🫡 by @mark_ifbbpro

Час утренний - делам, вечерний - встречам, раздумьям - осень, бодрости — зима. Весь мир устроен из ограничений, что б от счастья не сойти с ума. The morning’s made for work to do The evening for encounters true For thoughts, the autumn leaves their trace And winter brings a vibrant grace The world is built on boundaries On limits woven through our lives So happiness won’t make us lose Our minds beneath its endless skies. by @mark_ifbbpro
Если уходя от своей машины ты не оборачиваешься хотя бы раз — ты выбрал не ту машину. То же самое и с женщинами. by @mark_ifbbpro
Newton saw a law of nature in a falling apple. Someone else would have seen nothing more than an apple falling to the ground. The difference lies not in what they looked at, but in how deeply they were able to think. Ньютон увидел в падающем яблоке закон природы. Кто-то другой увидел бы лишь яблоко, падающее на землю. Разница заключается не в том, на что они смотрели, а в том, насколько глубоко они умели мыслить. by @mark_ifbbpro
If you really want to know what kind of person I am, these 5 things probably tell you more about me than any bio ever could. 1. I’m big on quality. I’d rather have less and have it be GOOD. Quality food, quality products, quality work, quality people. I’m not really into doing things just because they’re convenient, cheap, or popular. If I have the choice to do something right, I’m doing it right. 2. I’m big on precision. I like knowing the facts. I like details. I like understanding exactly what I’m dealing with before I make a decision. There’s a difference between a fact, an assumption, and an opinion — and I care about that difference. 3. I like structure and having a plan. I’m not really the “let’s just wing it and see what happens” type of person 😂. I like knowing where I’m going, why I’m going there, and what needs to happen to get there. To me, structure doesn’t take away freedom — it creates it. 4. When something matters to me, I take it seriously. My goals. My work. My health. My relationships. My word. I’m not a half-in, half-out type of person. If I care, I care. If I commit, I commit. And I expect the same kind of energy from the people and things I choose to keep around me. 5. My philosophy is pretty simple: Do what’s right, not just what’s easy. I believe in discipline, consistency, accountability and playing the long game. You can’t control everything that happens in life, but you can control how you respond, the decisions you make, and the standards you set for yourself. So if I had to sum myself up: Quality over quantity. Facts over assumptions. Structure over chaos. Actions over empty words. Long-term results over short-term comfort. by @mark_ifbbpro

Hello Autumn 🍂🧡 by @mark_ifbbpro
PASTERIOR CHAIN DAY Another week of the health phase is officially underway. At this stage, the goal is not to rush. It is to build intelligently — gradually increasing training intensity while maintaining our strength levels and, where possible, continuing to improve them. Every important health marker is currently within the appropriate range. All necessary ultrasounds have been completed, routine health monitoring is up to date, and additional bloodwork was performed a couple of weeks before the end of this health phase. The purpose was simple: make sure that we have objective data confirming that the body is ready to gradually increase the workload and begin building a strategy for the next season based on the full picture, rather than assumptions. Looking back, completing the rebound phase and then transitioning successfully through the health phase gives me a lot of confidence in the work we have done. My coach and I can objectively see the result: the body has responded well, performance has remained high, strength is progressing, and the number on the scale is already substantial — while the level of conditioning we have maintained is something I am very satisfied with. This is what the process is supposed to look like. Not chasing a result overnight. Not trying to force progress. Not sacrificing long-term health for short-term numbers. Day by day. Brick by brick. Rep by rep. We become better. There is a simple thought that has stayed with me: “If you want stability, sacrifice freedom. If you want freedom, sacrifice stability.” And ultimately, that choice is yours. You are completely free to choose what you are willing to sacrifice — and what kind of life, body, career, and future you want to build. For me, the answer is simple: build it properly. by @mark_ifbbpro
HEALTH PHASE — OR A SMOOTH TRANSITION INTO THE OFF-SEASON? I can say with confidence that my rebound phase was 100% successful — not because everything was perfect, but because I committed to the process completely. During this phase, I was able to bring up and improve the muscle groups that needed the most attention. The goal was never simply to gain bodyweight. The goal was to improve the physique while keeping the quality of that progress under control. Now I’m moving through what I consider a health-focused phase, and what I like most is that I’m still able to build momentum. Strength is progressing. Training intensity is high. Performance is improving. And most importantly, I’m able to continue progressing while keeping the bigger picture in focus. For me, this is what the off-season should actually look like. The foundation of progress is iron discipline. Discipline in training. Discipline in nutrition. Discipline in recovery. Discipline when nobody is watching. That discipline builds character. And character gives you the ability to stay committed when motivation disappears. You don’t need to have the best genetics in the room. If you are willing to give the process everything you have, that alone can become another reason to work harder, learn more, improve your weaknesses, and demand more from yourself. Nothing should be strong enough to knock you off your path. Your goal needs to be clear. Because when the destination is clear, your decisions become easier. You know what needs to be done today, tomorrow, and six months from now. But when the goal becomes blurred, the route becomes unclear — and eventually, you can lose your direction completely. So stay focused. Keep building. Keep learning. Keep progressing. One day at a time. One decision at a time. Think about it☝🏾 PRE INTRA POSTWO by @mark_ifbbpro
