Sold!

A great project and fast turnaround. This was bought for £290k at the beginning of March with a view to spending approximately £100k on the refurb and an estimated final valuation of around £475k - £500k.

The refurb cost actually came in at £110k (10k over budget) but the end valuation came in at £545k! Really pleased with that and looking forward to the next project.

If any new investors would be interested in our next project please contact me. This project offered a 10% rate on investment in just 9 months (all secured on the property). I can offer the same deal on the next one. Get in touch! 👍

We’re thrilled to kick off an exciting new project this month! This full refurbishment and internal reconfiguration will include a new rear extension, front and rear dormers, and an extended porch. Once complete, the property will be transformed into a stunning five-bedroom family home, ready to move straight into.

Completion expected mid-summer.

📍 73 Gravel Road, Leigh-on-Sea, SS9 5AT

If you’re interested in purchasing this home upon completion, we’d be happy to tailor the interior finishes to your taste.

Get in touch for more details!
