Picture it,
2001 on a Saturday night, I go to my “go to” dance club and meet a group of guys on the dance floor. During the evening, one of my new friends Nick asks me if I knew Jim Kelly? I respond No. he said that he thought that we would get along really well. I didn’t know how to respond so I said sure. He asked me if I could come back in two weeks when he would arrive to DC for a new job. I said sure, being newly single I was up for anything. Two weeks later I arrived to the club and met up with my new friend, Nick said Jim is here, would you like to meet him ? I said yes, as he held my hand, leading me through a crowded dance floor, we suddenly stopped and there he was. Introductions were made and honestly it was love at first sight😍! We have been inseparable ever since, that was 22 years ago. I couldn’t be more grateful to our mutual friend Nick, for setting us up for such an incredible adventure of our lives .We have been through thick and thin, good times and bad, but true love prevails.
Love, respect, family, friends, mean everything to us, I can’t imagine my life without you, I can’t wait to see what our future holds together. I love you more every day 💗💗💗

Stuey Kelly-Baird has crossed the rainbow bridge 🌈 at 3:27pm today. For 14 of his 15 years he has been my shadow and our most loyal and loving companion. He enjoyed Cape Cod, Greenies, Bully sticks, long walks and pooping. Stuey was happiest on road trips to the beach. He is now with his brothers Sargent and Rachy. This dog was so bonded to me (and me to him) that Im not sure how to function at the moment. Thanks to my husband for being the best dog daddy, my mom for being the best grandma and Auntie Cherise for caring so deeply for Stu-Pot. He loved us all. (For those that dont have a dog, please don’t judge this loss….its hard and I need some time to get my heart and head back to a new normal). Stuey is survived by his sisters Ruby and Pearl who were by his side until the very very end. 💔💔💔💔🌈🌈🌈💔 taken in Washington D. C. by @markbaird01
