Last night we dined on one long table, in a field near Faversham, with friends and wonderful people. @thegoodsshed_ cooked up a storm, whilst we were surrounded by a tropical one.

Oh, how wonderful to feel so free, whilst surrounded by wonderful friends, eating delicious food, in the middle of nature - whilst nature is doing its thing. 🌞 ⛈️

While it might feel like the world has changed and gays are welcome everywhere, we’re not. PRIDE IS SO IMPORTANT! The parties and the parades yes but take a moment to recognise that not everyone has an easy coming out story, some believe it is better to not be on this planet than to be on this planet and be gay, others are forced to flea their countries and seek safety elsewhere.

The trans community, the most beautiful wonderful GENTLE community face scrutiny daily from people who are unwilling to understand. 🏳️‍⚧️⚧️❤️

Wanted to share a little round up of what I’ve been up to recently; my parents came over for a week to see us, and spend more time with Willow. Walked loads, laughed loads and explored the Kent Coast. We played Rummikub every night and even managed to get @julesvonhep hooked 😂

My incredible friend @ellie_head invited @jeanmoooi & I over to attend The Etherton Lecture: Lifting the LGBT ban, which Ellie and her team organised at @imperialwarmuseums.

The Review constituted a landmark moment in the history of Britain’s Armed Forces, exposing the injustices that shaped the lives of LGBT service personnel. I was very moved on the night and encouraged you to all to read up on The Etherton Review.

Over the past weeks, I’ve also been very conscious of spending as much time with Willow as possible, not knowing when we will have to say our final goodbyes.

I added a picture of Willow and her friend Finn in too- Finn is our friend Chrissy’s dog and Willow has many a sleep over with them ❤️

Ending on a higher note, my colleague rode me like a horse at an Industry event where we had to dress up as something starting with “H”
