We were truly in the presence of greatness this week at @theivyclublondon for the sports quiz in aid of Emma Warner and her journey to the Paralympic Games. A great evening had by all, the line up of talent was emence, a huge thank you to @corendonairlines thank you also to the team captains and participants who made it a memorable evening, so in no particular order, (you what sportspeople are like) I’d like to thank, me, @colinrayjackson @daley_thompson_cbe @dr.derekredmond_hon @jamiebaulch 40 @leontaylorgb @markfosterswim @montypanesar @rogerblack400 @stevebackley @ugomonye @wdccarling and a hi five to @cherylkhicks for pulling the whole event together, and last but not least, the compares @olliephillips11 & @speakerwhisperer good luck to Emma on her journey, she is already a star in our eyes. The 17th May 2025 was without question the greatest and proudest day in our clubs history. Yesterday we were humbled by Macclesfield, the lowest ranked team in the FA Cup. Many congratulations to them, they thoroughly deserved their win, l wish them all the very best in the next round, we will dust ourselves down and pick ourselves up and go again. Who knows what the second half of the season will bring. The FA Cup remains the greatest Cup competition in the world. ❤️💙 by @markbright_
