🏀 MDS TURKEY BALL 2026 🇵🇭🇨🇦

In 2018, @markgdeleon and @ed.ball905 were invited by the MPAA Turkey Ball founders to help run the Peel Region tournament. What started as an opportunity became a yearly tradition we were proud to build together—even through the challenges of COVID.

Four years ago today, we lost one of BALL905’s founders, Mark DeLeon, after his courageous battle with cancer.

Mark was more than a co-organizer—he was the heart of the community we were building. His love for basketball, his ability to bring people together, and the connections he created turned Turkey Ball into more than a tournament. It became a space for family, culture, and community.

This year, with the support of @filactnextgen , we’re honoured to bring it back—this time in his name.
