SUPERSET WORKOUT 💪🏽
• Exercise 1: 12 reps
• Exercise 2: 12 reps
• Rest: 30–60 seconds
• Repeat: 3–4 rounds

The gym is not enough. It’s how you move, how you live, and what you do when nobody’s watching.

Some of y’all would rather struggle for validation than succeed where you’re actually valued

That’s not just a caption. That’s a whole conversation about pride, ego, and the need to be chosen.

Be careful who you let ride with you. Some people are only comfortable when you’re parked.

Some people will support your success but struggle with your progress. They love the destination, but question every move you make to get there.

Your journey isn’t meant to accommodate everyone’s comfort. taken in Atlanta, Georgia by @markeonedwards

Your comfort zone has no frequent-flyer miles. ✈️

You can’t experience a new life from the same seat you’ve always been sitting in. by @markeonedwards

God’s detours aren’t ruining your plans, they’re ruining your ego. 🛣️

On the drive back to Atlanta, I was reminded that half the “setbacks” we complain about are just God rerouting us away from things we weren’t ready for. The destination never changed. Your control over it did.

Send this as a reminder to someone 📲

There’s no need to cut your grass. You can look in the mirror and see where the snakes are.

Sometimes the problem isn’t who’s around you. It’s what you continue to tolerate, entertain, and make excuses for.

Self-awareness will reveal what your eyes keep overlooking.

Pay attention to the patterns. Your intuition has probably been trying to tell you the truth the entire time.

I’d rather explain how I got there than why I never went. 🇫🇷 (Slide 4 is the real explanation)

Life is about creating experiences, seeing the world, making memories, and giving yourself permission to live beyond what’s familiar.

Stop letting people middleman your relationship with God. 🚫

He isn’t just speaking to influencers, leaders, or the crowd. He is speaking directly to you. In this season, God isn’t asking you to tear down your life and start from scratch; He wants to build on the foundation you already have. Stop falling for the illusion of rebuilding. Surrender to His will, stay close to His voice, and tune out the noise of outside opinions. This is your season to align, surrender, and listen.

Save this post as a reminder to tune out the noise whenever you need to lock back into His voice. 📌

You can’t manifest what you refuse to work for.

Manifestation without action is just imagination.

You can speak it every morning. Write it in your journal. Put it on a vision board. Pray about it. Visualize yourself living it. But at some point, the vision has to meet your work ethic.
