We’re all ready for Clonmany festival are y’all ??!!! For this week we have our new festival menu’s which also means new menu rules😓we aren’t serving eggs this week tho we have improved with our all day breakfast bap for those who like a late breakfast. also our food is made in advance so there will be no alternative or alterations for festival week unless you require gluten free bread. Our hours this week are open 10am until 11pm and we serve our hot food until 4:30pm daily takeaway only from 5pm-11pm. Please be mindful this is a busy time for all businesses so please be patient with our staff and all the other businesses around us ❤️❤️and most importantly of all ENJOY🥳🥳🥳❗️❗️ taken in Market House Café by @markethousecafe

📢 Important Notice from Market House Café
Due to what appears to be a burst water pipe in the village, we are currently experiencing a water outage at the café.
Unfortunately, in line with Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI) health and safety regulations, we cannot continue to operate without a water supply. As a result, Market House Café will be closed until water services have been fully restored.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding during this unexpected disruption.
We will keep everyone updated and let you know as soon as we are able to reopen.
Thank you for your patience and support.

📣 A Little Wellbeing Challenge for Our Community! 🌞🏖️☕
The team at Market House Café have made a special request today... they’d love to finish work one hour early and head to the beach to enjoy some well-deserved downtime and support their wellbeing! 😊
However, our Manager has reminded us that Market House Café is a community café and belongs to the people of our community. So, any decision to close early should reflect the wishes of the community we serve.
Here’s the deal:
👍 If this post receives more than 250 likes, we’ll take that as a strong sign that the community supports the team getting off an hour early today to enjoy some beach time!
So, what do you think? Have the staff earned a little extra sunshine and sea air? 🌊☀️
Show your support by giving this post a Like and help our hardworking team make it to the beach a little earlier today!
❤️ Thank you for supporting your community café and the wonderful staff who work so hard to make it a welcoming place for everyone.

On Monday we met joey, he had popped into the cafe while on his walking journey from:

📍Isles of scilly(UK)➡️mizen head (Ireland) via the Shetland islands, without spending a penny!

Joey is raising money for the trussell trust to raise awareness for food poverty

It was a great pleasure to meet joey and hear his stories

We wish him all the best on his onward journey 😊 taken in Market House Café by @markethousecafe

💛 Thank you for your incredible support. 💛
As we look back on 2025, we’re feeling so grateful for the role our café plays in this community — and for every person who’s walked through our door, met a friend here, or made a connection over a cup of coffee.
At The Market House Cafe It’s more than just coffee — it’s community !!

🎊 We Have a Winner! 🎉

Looks like we don't have to wait until Friday to announce who got the closest - because someone has guessed the exact number of chocolate eggs in our coffee cup already! 🍫

The winner of the Market House Café voucher is *🥁🥁🥁* - Cilla O'Donnell! ☕

A shoutout to everybody who took part in our competition, some of you got very close - including a guess of 107 chocolate eggs aswell! 🤏

Keep an eye out here because we'll definately be running more competitions like this in the future! by @markethousecafe
