If you’re in Phoenix and have been wanting to level up your AI skills and learn Claude Code, this 👏 is 👏 your 👏 chance!

This isn’t some feel good workshop that walks you through the benefits of AI and Claude Code that leaves you walking away without any idea how to implement what you learned.

We’ll be rolling up our sleeves, actually installing Claude Code on your laptop, and you’ll walk away with executable skills you can use to start building immediately.

You’ll learn how to use Claude Code to do things like build websites, have it edit all your reels and videos, and set up dashboards and interactive visualizations.

If you’re a marketer in Phoenix who has wanted to start a social media freelance business or agency, this is for you…👇

Next week, I’m hosting an in-person workshop where I’ll walk you through how to actually set up and run a profitable social media business.

I see so many talented women 💖 who are great at the creative side of social media but get stuck on the business systems. This is a live, hands-on session where we’re going to cover:

✨ Market yourself online using social media in a way that attracts the right clients

✨ How to host client discovery calls that actually convert, without feeling salesy or awkward

✨ Use a proven client workflow that sets expectations clearly and builds long-term relationships

✨ Understand the basics of setting up a targeted Facebook ad to support visibility and lead generation

✨ Implement a reliable process for getting paid on time, every time

If 2026 is the year you want to start making some meaningful freelance income, you don’t want to miss this.

You’ll leave the workshop with some really useful plug-and-play templates that you can implement right away.

If you’re a female marketer, you’re doing the work, showing up every day, thinking ahead, making decisions, and holding a big vision, we want you to know this:

The best decision you’ll ever make is being around women who get it.

Marketing Fems has two sides:

💡 The Agency is where we do the marketing for women-focused brands.

💡The Academy is for female marketers who want community, support, and real conversations about growing their skills and careers.

Marketing Fems Academy is a membership and community for female marketers who want to learn, share ideas, talk through challenges, and support brands built for women.

If you’ve been looking for a space where you can swap tips, talk strategy, and grow alongside other women in marketing, click the link in our bio to join Marketing Fems Academy free for 1 month. ✨

People think they need better ads or more content. But the real issue is usually that people don’t understand what you sell.

If someone has to think for more than a second about what you do, you’ve already lost them.

If you’re posting consistently (at least 2-3x/week) and your engagement is mediocre…

Or your ads are getting a bunch of clicks but your sales are dry…

Or people follow you but never buy anything…

We hate to break it to you but this is not an algorithm problem. It’s a clarity problem. 💡

When we work with clients, one of the first things we do is an audit of their account to see what’s working and what’s not.

We sit down and really hone in on the following:
✨ What you actually sell (in plain language).
✨ Who it’s for (one clear person, not everyone).
✨ Why someone should care right now (not 1-2 years down the road).

Once those three things are clear, everything gets easier. Content ideas come faster, your ads convert better and your sales stop feeling so random.

The brands doing well aren’t posting more or every day. They’re just easier to understand.

From the outside, it’s “just a post.”

In reality, here’s what it looks like:

Managing 10 clients at once.

Checking comments with coffee in hand.

Checking and changing captions between endless Zoom calls and meetings.

Thinking about what the next reel is going to be while at the same time looking at the data for the posts that have already gone live.

A social media strategist keeps everything looking seamless even while putting out fires behind the scenes.

So while it might look like “just posting” for you, there’s SO much more that happens behind the scenes. And there’s a lot more strategy and psychology behind it than people realize.

Because social media management isn’t just making things look pretty and hitting post.

What did we miss here?

Ever notice how some posts barely get seen while others really take off? 🚀

Most of the time, it’s not luck.

Here’s what makes a difference:

➡️ Stop posting content that’s only about your story. Start creating content that speaks to your audience wants and needs.

➡️ Use clear, bold headlines and simple visuals to stop the scroll.

➡️ Add strong calls to action like “save,” “comment,” or “share” to increase engagement.

Want your posts to reach more people?
Let’s go viral together.
