Have a love/hate relationship with the work of Andy Warhol, but do appreciate his peculiar genius. Had the chance to visit the Warhol museum this past weekend, and check out one of their interactive exhibits, the screen test. Lately it seems that i cant escape chicago without a bite to @allwellchi . An ever evolving menu of great plates, a well curated wine list, and some exceptional cocktails. Oh yeah, they have malort too. Was feeling pretty fishy on my last visit. Some of the best fried fish ive had in ages. But, more importantly, some of the absolutely nicest folks working there, who somehow dont mind me hanging at the bar a while. taken in All Well by @markg63105

Because it wouldn't be my feed if it werent full of insane amounts of food. After an unnecessary lengthy delay, i finally made it back to @smythchicago . My only disappointment was that it took so long. A completely new-to-me menu. Some absolute bangers as the kids say. @chefjohnshields never fails to come up with some pretty interesting flavor combinations. Hopefully it wont take as long for me to return. taken in Smyth by @markg63105

Because ill eat pretty much anything anywhere, thought id pay Musso and Frank's a visit. Definitely a vibe. Pretty decent food. But they've been doing it for over 100 years, must have gotten a few things figured out in all that time. taken in Musso & Frank Grill by @markg63105
