Huge honour for me to have received my purple belt from my coach, @firas_zahabi

Moved to Montreal two years ago so I could train at a high level gym, best decision I’ve ever made. The coaching and training partners have been second to none.

Thanks to everybody at @tristargym_mtl and all the gyms/people that have helped me over the years, you’re all sound af. by @markheaneyjj

Whole team killed it with 4 athletes punching tickets to @adcc_official !

Managed to get a quick sub at @one.two.jitsu last night! After a 2 year hiatus from competition, due to repeated ACL injuries, it feels good to finally be back🤓

Thanks to @steven_maclure & the rest of the @one.two.jitsu team for an extremely well organized event!

Also, big shoutout to all my @tristargym_mtl teammates & coach, @firas_zahabi - such a great learning environment to be immersed in🙏 by @markheaneyjj
