Losing a dog is never easy. 🤍

How you grieve, how you process the loss, and how you eventually learn to live with the heartbreak is different for everyone. There is no right way to say goodbye to a soul who meant so much.

But this one is for Chad. 🐾

The sweetest, most patient boy. My best cuddle partner — although kisses were strictly off the table. 😂🤍 A dog who somehow touched my soul in a way I’ll never be able to put into words.

Although you’re no longer by my side, you left me with lessons I’ll carry forever: love, patience, unconditional companionship… and the very important reminder that skipping a meal is absolutely NOT for the faint-hearted. 😂

You were more than a dog. You were family. You were comfort. You were a little piece of my heart.

Run free, my sweet Chad.
You may be gone, but you will never be forgotten. 🤍🐾
