There are just 15 homes with pools currently for sale in San Clemente… but only one has a front yard pool (swipe to see the before). 🌊☀️💦

Nothing tells the story quite like a before & after ✨

A little throwback to one of our favorite transformations—819 Calle Vallarta in San Clemente, which sold for $2,125,000.

Even a year and a half later, this one still stands out.

Went to Vegas for a workout this time! 👩‍❤️‍💋‍👨

A couple mins slower because I was in my head about my ankle and not running the 3 weeks before race day. Overall better than we expected!

Goal is sub 75 for Anaheim and it will happen 😈

January closings!

These two homes definitely required mask to walk in them. Both had a bold stench which smacked you the moment you walked in.

Rialto - house was filled with tons of personal items that sellers couldn’t remove, you couldn’t even walk into that 4 car garage... It was over ran with rats with everything being chewed through and droppings EVERYWHERE! Sad house for someone to live in but great opportunity to be remodeled.

La Puente - owners live up north and finally decided to sell their neglected tenant occupied property, our investor bought it with tenants in place because it was a great deal long term. This one was one of the most rough properties I’ve sold.

Crossed that finish line a little disappointed so we got tickets for Vegas Hyrox! We’re hungry for sub 1:15!
