A super fun lion fish tattoo for @matted, to accompany his sea turtle that was done on the same day. The sea turtle was featured on my last post. This project was a 2 session job, one month apart. My wonderful wife @lizatattoos presented me with my christmas present early this year. This book is volume one of three, researched, lived and written by a true artist, @nedburwell. It was shipped out by @eikondevice a few days ago. I actually ruined Liza’s nice surprise as I was going to order it a while ago, causing Liza to intervene with the fact that she had already ordered it for me. I hope to get it signed by Ned at @newtribetattoo tomorrow. I can’t wait to really get into this book! Many thank yous to my family and friends for the many birthday wishes yesterday. It was my 51st year around the sun, and I remain thankful for my life. I’ve had dinners and get togethers with many friends this week and last week as well. Lots of pet tattoos for Theresa! Healed tattoo with new whiskers for Chole 😻 Since the photo I was working with was an older and Chloe had thin barely visible whiskers in the picture, I decided to put them in after the main portion of the tattoo was healed to make them less prominent. I may still need to do a re-touch on the whisker area, depending on how it heals. We also included 2 outlines portraits of her doggies, a few cat and dog paw prints, as well as a name tag.
