Your AI can save a job you repeat as a command you call with a slash. Build it once, call it every time.

Slide 2: where it lives (Customize, Skills). Slide 3: the exact prompt. Then what comes back, the one-line fixes, and the test for what deserves a skill.

Your AI can run the same job every Monday while your laptop is closed. Not a reminder: the job, done, waiting.

Slide 2: where it lives (Cowork, with a schedule). Slide 3: the exact prompt. Then what comes back, the one-line fixes, and the one rule before you set it.

Your AI can fill in a form from your own data. Blank form in, finished document out, and a list of what it couldn't find so you never guess.

Slide 2: where it lives (Cowork, not the chat box). Slide 3: the exact prompt. Then what comes back, the one-line fixes, and the one spreadsheet that makes every future form a two-minute job.

Your AI can read a whole folder and answer questions about it, and quote the line it got each answer from.

Your AI can find a free slot and write the invite. It won't put anything on your calendar until you say so.

Your AI can read your inbox and draft every reply. Nothing gets sent. You read, you send.

Slide 2: the two clicks to connect Gmail. Slide 3: the exact prompt. Then what comes back, the one-line fixes for the first time it goes wrong, and how to make it run at 07:30 before you sit down.

Comment INBOX and I'll send you the full kit: the prompt, the tone lines, what to skip, the next-day prompt and the schedule steps. Dark cover with a portrait of Marko Bizjak bottom right. There's a command that resets your five-hour Claude limit. Once a week. I'd paid for Claude for months and had no idea.

Slides 2 to 5 are how the limit actually works, the two ways everyone knows about, and when to spend the reset so you don't waste it. Slide 6 is the command.

A friend called yesterday. Cowork had forgotten things and he wanted to go a step further. He didn't know there was a step.

Chat, Cowork and Claude Code run the same model on the plan you already pay for and behave completely differently. Ten pages on which door to open, why Cowork "forgets", and the one question that picks between them.

Comment MODES and I'll send you the one-page version: the three tells, a starter CLAUDE.md you can paste in, and what to try first. Cover: Chat, Cowork or Claude Code? with three coloured cards naming Chat, Cowork and Claude Code. by @markob777

A few days ago I showed an owner that the AI he already pays for could take a blank form and his spreadsheet and hand back the finished document. He had no idea it could.

That's been the pattern with the owners I've shown this to. The chat works, so nobody looks past it. Meanwhile the same subscription can read your inbox and draft the replies, find a slot in your calendar, read a whole folder of contracts, run a job every Monday while your laptop is shut, and remember a repeat task as a one-word command.

Six of them in the slides, with the exact thing you'd type for each.

This is Claude. If you're on a different one, the names change, so check what yours can do before you assume it can't.

Save it, then open your subscription tonight and try number one.

Fable 5.1 came out today. Same question every time Anthropic ships: which one do I actually use now.

Short version. Haiku for anything that runs thousands of times a day. Sonnet when a person reads the output before it matters. Opus when quality outranks cost and the agent runs for hours. Fable only when Opus at high effort fails a test you actually wrote.

The slide most people skip is the effort knob. Sonnet 5, Opus 5 and Fable 5.1 all take it, and dropping from high to medium is often cheaper than dropping a model tier.

All numbers from platform.claude.com, checked today. They move. The order rarely does.

Save it for the next time you open a model picker.

A company I work with runs every incoming message through a classifier before anyone opens it.

3,518 emails over seven weeks. 2,073 of them were notifications. Mail that needed a reply from nobody at all.

That is 59 percent. Nearly six in ten.

They still arrived in the same inbox as the ones that mattered, with the same unread badge and the same small pull on attention. That is the part I think gets missed. You are not tired from answering email. You are tired from checking whether it needs answering.

So if your inbox feels heavy, count last week before you try to fix it. How many arrived, and how many actually needed a reply from anyone. If most of it was never addressed to a decision, that is not a discipline problem. It is a sorting problem, and it has a different fix.

Send this to whoever forwards you everything.

(Counted on that company's own server, 1 Sep 2026. Unnamed.) 3,518 emails triaged, 2,073 needed nothing from anyone. One company's inbox, 15 July to 1 September 2026, counted on their own server. by @markob777

ServiceTitan surveyed 1,000 residential contractors this spring. 74% believe AI would make them more efficient. Around 25% actually use it.

The early adopters in the same survey report 48% productivity gains. And on the customer side, Housecall Pro found 53% of homeowners are fine with AI handling the first call or chat.

The gap between 'this would help' and 'I use it' is where the next few years get decided.
