Our Rustan’s Christmas setup. The overall theme is timeless elegance and sophistication. The color scheme features gold and champagne, accented with greens and warm tones. The rustic bird figurines introduce a charming contrast, balancing the metallic finishes and shiny elements. These bird displays symbolize joy, hope, happiness, and new beginnings, while also representing good luck. The intentional choice of summer birds adds seasonal contrast, reflecting the warmth of Christmas celebrations in a tropical setting, like the Philippines. @rustansph #RustansChristmasShop #RustansChristmas by @marksee.designstudio

We were invited by Rustan’s to create a series of lifestyle settings featuring local brands and Filipino furniture makers. Inspired by sunset dining on a ranch and an eclectic living lounge, the spaces combine handcrafted local pieces with Western accessories, celebrating the character, creativity, and craftsmanship of Filipino design. @rustansph @calfurnph @prizmicandbrill @studiomoodism @jedyabutfurniture @twentythirdph @zaheerdanwar @modern_arturoluz #MSDS by @marksee.designstudio

Kaokee - Our take on a modern Singaporean restaurant, inspired by the warmth and charm of the traditional kopitiam. Designed to feel familiar, welcoming, and comfortable, it brings a fresh look to a well-loved dining experience while staying true to its roots. @kaokee.ph @marksee.designstudio #MSDS taken in The Podium by @marksee.designstudio

This ongoing office project is designed around openness, movement and collaboration. Spanning three levels, the open-office layout encourages connection while allowing flexibility between focused work and collaborative output.

The modern industrial aesthetic is softened through warm wood finishes and thoughtfully placed pops of color—anchored in the company’s branding to create a space that feels both dynamic and distinctly theirs.

More than an office, it’s an environment designed to energize teams, support productivity, and make coming to work feel purposeful.

More updates soon as the space takes shape.

A Fashion Stylist’s Abode

This three-bedroom condominium has been thoughtfully reimagined into a spacious one-bedroom home—allowing room for what matters most: flow, function, and personal expression. A full walk-in closet anchors the space, designed as both a wardrobe and a ritual of daily living.

Modern elegance meets contemporary design, softened by natural textures and layered with the client’s own curated pieces. The result is a home that feels refined yet personal—designed to reflect a life shaped by style.

A space where design and identity coexist effortlessly.

A glimpse into what we’re building.

This ongoing residential project explores contemporary design through a lens that’s clean, warm, and intentionally inviting. Every line, material, and spatial decision is guided by one principle: thoughtful design should feel as good as it looks.

Our approach balances modern aesthetics with everyday functionality—creating spaces that are not only visually refined, but deeply livable.

This is just the beginning. More to come as the vision unfolds.

Designer Sightlines

📍Flexform Shanghai

A study in contrasts where Flexform’s signature quiet elegance meets unexpected rhythm. For those who know that restraint doesn’t mean boring— and subtlety still knows how to surprise.

Here, the Guscio armchairs feel soft and grounded, while the Fly coffee tables in Calacatta Oro marble and in glossy lacquered mustard add a pulse of playfulness.

Framing the scene, the Infinity Bookcase in matte brick creates a backdrop of warm tonal layering.

This isn’t your typical neutral box.
This is Flexform with a point of view.
