BRUNCH WITH ME at @marksoffmadison where @chefmarkstrausman brings together the rustic Italian cooking he trained in with the Jewish comfort food he grew up eating in NYC to #Gramercy #Flatiron 💙

We kicked things off with a fresh-squeezed OJ mimosa, then dove into the incredible Nova Platter with hand-sliced smoked salmon, bagels, cream cheese, tomato & onion🥯, followed by the open-face cheesy egg sandwich loaded with cheese fondue, scrambled eggs, bacon & avocado. 🍳And because brunch isn’t complete without something sweet… the banana-stuffed challah French toast (served in beautiful Pride colors 🌈).
