MEET OUR MUSICAL DIRECTOR

We are delighted to announce Mark Stefanoff as Musical Director for Catch Me If You Can The Musical!

A South Australian talent and Broadway Dance Centre graduate, Mark has built an extraordinary career across musical theatre, opera, and touring productions worldwide performing alongside stars like Idina Menzel, Stephen Schwartz and Guy Sebastian. His stage credits include Kinky Boots, CATS, Chicago, Rent, Hairspray, Jesus Christ Superstar, The Boy from Oz and State Opera South Australia’s Madame Butterfly.

Beyond excited to have completed my first week in my new role as Contract & Company Administrator with @stateoperasouthaustralia.

This feels like a true full-circle moment. State Opera South Australia played such an important role in my early years as a performer, and it’s incredibly special to return to the company in a new capacity, supporting the artists and creatives who bring this extraordinary work to life.

I’m deeply grateful for the opportunity to work alongside @mark_t_taylor and @travellingconductor , whose vision is both inspiring and bold, and truly the future of this wonderful art form.
