8.14.26 - One of the top highlights in my life. I get to see the person I love come together with another person I grew to love. 💕

Favorite moments:
* my mom repeating back the vows was so fun. Her tone and how she said things got the judge laughing too. B-dad would also quite entertaining.
* the surprise and happy look on my parents’ faces when I brought them back to my house for a little surprise wedding party. Do you know how hard it is to impress Asian moms? I finally impressed that day lollll.
* Teaching the caviar bump to the family or just being able to give my mom the things she keeps saying she would do when retired, such as eating more caviar but never following through with it.
* Hugging b-dad but calling him dad for the first time before he left for the night. by @markx050

Highlights of Puerto Vallarta!

* @saoriissarah giving me a massage after I had food poisoning. We’re on this trip to celebrate her bday and she gives me a massage? This girl is a major empath. She was so sad I wasn’t able to enjoy the trip as much 😭❤️

* My first infinity pool with gorgeous views and fireworks every night. Loved, loved, loved! 💙

* @kiimssi watching over me while feeling sick herself during our boat tour and @docturgiggles being my personal pharmacist during the trip and thinking I went to the gym when she found me missing in the middle of the night 😉😂😂.

* The friendliness of people and feeling of community! Loved the hugs, greetings, & live music. 💚🤍❤️ taken in Puerta Vallarta, Mexico by @markx050

Everything was so memorable that I can’t pinpoint my favorite moment during this Disney/Universal trip! I loved all the shows, rides (favs were Rise of Resistance, Harry Potter Magic Ministry, and the Frankenstein experiment at Dark Universe), the interactiveness of Moana’s Journey of Water, the immersion of the bar at the Edge of Galaxy, and the fun restaurant experience at Toystory Land where we had to freeze every time Andy came around.

The Food & Wine festival at Epcot was fine but I had a lot of good food moments on this trip. My favorite thing was the apple cider with ice cream and pie filling. At Disney Springs, the pistachio toffee cookie at Gideon’s was 🤯. We had an amazing experience at The Boathouse where the crab cake had huge chunks of crab!

Epic Universe had the creative food imo. I LOVED the PB&J Mac & cheese at How to Train your dragon and the ube pizza at Pizza Moon. Too much food that I wanted to try, too little of a stomach 😭

Ended the trip by staying up late and watching the finale for The Summer I turned Pretty with the girls. Funny part was the confusion of watching one of my cousins crying multiple times during the show and her calling me cold hearted lol. But seriously, who cries within 30 seconds of a start of a show? 😂😂 by @markx050

Late post, June dump.

June had so many memorable moments. Moments that make me ❤️ life. I constantly feel loved and being taken care of by all the wonderful people I have in my life and sometimes even by people I just meet briefly. Sometimes I wonder how I got so lucky because it is one of the greatest feelings in the world.

Late post.

✔️ to a bucket list destination, Japan.
And to revisiting Seoul with a different lens now that I am no longer a college student lol.

Highlights of the trip in no particular order:
* had Wagyu that melted so fast in my mouth. 🤯🤯

* had the best tofu of my life while going on a local food tour in Kyoto. It was one cube that was so creamy and cheesy. CHEESY. Blew my mind!! 🤯🤯🤯

* had the best mochi in my life during a tea ceremony and I don’t even like mochi

* being a photographer and taking selfies on this trip when you and your girlfriend both hate taking photos

* Fun spa/beauty treatments like the Korean scrub, bihatsu hair wash, and red ginseng spa.

* Food market foods like chicken feet, pigs skin, lungs, etc. Still thinking about these items…..

* Trying so many unique cafes and bakeries in Seoul! My favorite was Basilur. More of a tea shop but I appreciate that they make the product shine, which means no sugar lol. Also, ice cream was sooooo creamy and tasted different than what you get in the US

* Having five pigs cuddling up with me at the same time. by @markx050

2025 Family Trip - Las Vegas & Zion National Park (Utah) 🧡🤎

Highlights of the trip:
*Hiked the Upper Emerald Pool trail, Canyon Overlook trail and Watchman trail. B-dad freaked out on every trail thinking that we would fall off the edge. It made the hiking even more entertaining.

*Asking random trivia questions at Landmark Tea (amazing boba shop!) and realizing how good @jon33km was at Trivia.

*Trying a lamb pita soup dish at Big Dan Shanxi Taste. It’s not a pretty dish but tasty. It was also cool to see Persian influence in Xian cuisine due to the Silk Road trade. We should all be putting pita bread in our soups cause it was damn delicious, haha.

*Eating the pastries (berry danish and flat croissant) at Chez Bon Bon w/ just @jangx188 cause no one else in the family loves food like I do! Thanks for being my dessert partner any time ❤️

*walking around the Bellagio conservatory garden to find a lunar new year theme 🧧

*Dim sum at Tim Ho Wan was one of the top meals of the trip. It’s been awhile I’ve had good dim sum. by @markx050

Journal entry from this trip of 4 days of stillness by myself at the Alex theatre…

Sometimes, without knowing, I try to put on a perfect persona. I highlight the good, what I’ve achieved and what I plan on doing. Sometimes this sharing is to be excited about life and sometimes it’s used to mask the insecurities of not feeling good enough. But yet, when I really think about it…when am I good enough? It doesn’t seem to stop even when I have achieved one thing after another.

I know that my ego is still running my show, but the good thing is that I know deeper inside that real security in life is about being in the present moment, becoming aware, opening up the heart, acceptance of myself, and my unconditional love. Everything else is just an illusion. The results that we typically strive for in life aren’t the magic; we’re the magic.

To 38, I hope you teach me love unconditionally, to remember that it’s never about me, to not to be attached with results, to give more compassion, and to surrender to see the beauty in life. This is true peace.

Our first 1:1 trip and it was a blast ❤️. @ellyn.dam

Lake Tahoe was so peaceful. We hiked, meditated, and learned so much more about each other. Thanks for recreating a Walk to Remember scene, where we were in two states at one time. I appreciate the romantic gesture 😜.

Never been to a wedding in a state park and it was absolutely amazing. To the beautiful wedding vows, to the fun experience of silent disco, to the ones brave enough for skinny dipping, and eating dessert before the main, everything about this wedding was memorable.

✔️ to seeing the solar eclipse in person.

I just feel so blessed to have this experience. I cannot even describe how it was like in person cause the beauty made me speechless. It will always be ingrained in my mind even though my camera did a crappy job capturing it 😅. by @markx050

Late post. I don’t know how influencers do it. I got burnt out from posting many videos after the third day.

The new year is starting out with a fun girls trip and new experiences at Universal and Disney 👯‍♀️❤️

✅ to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal and also Super Nintendo world as well.

Also, totally into onesies now haha. It held up in cold/rainy weather. Maybe I don’t need to carry a hand warmer around the house anymore 🤯😂 by @markx050

Super Mario World isn’t super big but I still think stepping into this world was so cool and new but nostalgic at the same time! So many characters and details I had forgotten.

I remember playing the game a longgggg time ago and my partner (who was playing Mario and I was playing Luigi) at the time had died so I was left alone playing Bowser. Surprisingly, I defeated Bowser and won the game for us. The video credits though showed the Princess either thanking or kissing Mario and nothing for Luigi! I remembering saying aloud what a B, lol. Yup, I’m still bitter about it til this day. Good times 😂 taken in Super Mario World by @markx050
