I had a few color combo options for this week, but I decided to stop on orange and magenta — because they bring that kind of energy that can be missing in the difficult moments of life. These are colors you look at, and you already want to celebrate your life.

Some time ago I decided that in my new videos I’d try to dig deeper into the color science and psychology behind these choices - and I was so surprised to find out that magenta is basically a hallucination, and orange is sacral. Now I’m even more inspired to keep discovering.

Love you all, thank you for the support 🧡💗

I decided to start my journey as a video colorist, so I started paying more attention to the feelings different colors bring up in me. I’ve always had a big imagination, so color became another way into it — a way to build different stories out of color combos. It was so fun exploring what silver and pink actually mean to me, and in the process I realized how much my Slavic background and “doom core ” have shaped that.

“Silk for my tears, and lace for my fears
I’m stripping my heart ‘til my pain disappears
Opening me feels like a striptease”

From the first moment I heard the lyrics, I knew Tati and I needed to create something together. I couldn’t stay away from this song.
Thank you so much to Ody and Matthis for supporting the project. Thank you dear team for making the visual come true.

TBH 8 seasons of “Dexter” definitely pulled me away from the movies for a long time, but here we are again💗
I loved all of them with all my heart, so I hope you would love them too.
