Today we are revealing the otherworldly light installation of AN(I’M)A designed by Mark Thewessen @markthewessen in collaboration with our stage designer Marlies Schot @marliesschot. In Mark’s words: “It’s more than illumination - it’s a living presence. It breathes with Lester, challenges him, supports him, and exposes what lies beneath the surface. Light becomes rhythm, pulse, heartbeat. It mirrors moments of conflict and surrender, sculpting space into a world where identity fractures and reforms. In this ritual arena, emotion spills beyond the body - light becomes the silent partner in the choreography.” Book your tickets for the premiere on November 8 now! ceciliamoisio.com #ANIMA #CeciliaMoisio #LesterDavid #LightingDesign #DanceTheatre #TheaterRotterdam #Premiere taken in Rotterdam, Netherlands by @marliesschot
