POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Last Monday, during the Boxtel Pig Save, we bore witness to thousands of pigs passing by in trucks at the slaughterhouse over the course of three hours.

Afterward, our group of activists held a one-minute silence to remember all the pigs being forced into gas chambers and killed inside, all because of human choices. As we stood together in silence, the screams of the pigs echoed in the background. A brutal reality. That contrast hit me deeply and is still with me. These pigs are crying out; they want to be seen and set free. If only we have the courage to look, listen and change.

Will you join us at the next Boxtel Pig Save on Monday, December 7th? @animalsavenederland

Today, @marloes.ftanimals and I organized the Boxtel Pig Save at the Vion slaughterhouse in Boxtel (NL) for the first time on behalf of @animalsavenederland 🐖 A total of 44 activists from the Netherlands, Germany, and Belgium were present, an amazing turnout for the pigs. We want to show you that this exploitation must stop. At Vion alone, around 17.000 innocent pigs are killed every single day. All pigs are individuals who deserve a free life. Bear witness. Save lives. Go vegan! Will we see you at the next vigil? 📷 by @bartstaassen

#d66 by @marloes.ftanimals
