Today, we welcomed a delegation from Standard Bank SOAR (an internal female personal mastery and leadership initiative ) for a Knowledge Exchange of learning, connection and innovation.

The programme created space to explore the RLabs journey, technology for impact, women-led initiatives like RLabs Women, social entrepreneurship and the next generation of innovators.

From shared stories and experiences to meaningful conversations and The Innovation Exchange, today was about more than knowledge transfer, but more about creating connections, sparking new ideas and exploring what becomes possible when different perspectives come together.

Because when people connect, knowledge moves.
And when knowledge moves, innovation and impact can follow.

The HOPE FC team recently took part in a powerful session led by Marlon Parker, exploring the topic: “Living a Life of Being Exponential.”

The conversation challenged the players to think beyond the present, exploring growth, purpose, mindset and the impact we can create when we choose to continuously develop ourselves.

Because growth isn't always about taking one step forward. Sometimes, it’s about creating the mindset and momentum that allows us to go further than we ever imagined.

At HOPE FC, we believe in developing more than football players. We believe in developing people who can create positive impact on and beyond the field. ⚽🌍

August 26, 2026, now marks the day that RLabs founders Marlon Parker and Rene Parker, alongside RLabs South Africa CEO Christine Taphel, officially released the RLabs Playbook, against the backdrop of 44 Main Street, Johannesburg.

The question of how to back grassroots entrepreneurs, equip youth with dynamic tech skills, and rebuild communities from the ground up has always been one that we would eventually have to resolve in a referenceable guide.

The playbook puts our battle-tested frameworks, methodologies, and secret sauce onto paper, in a transparent, highly detailed format. We even added all the tough parts.

It includes the outcomes of every hard-learned lesson, from legal structure to partner management and funding strategy.

It is a step-by-step, practical blueprint designed for immediate action. It is for the builders, changemakers, and visionaries ready to roll up their sleeves and make a tangible impact.

HOPE transcends mere feelings. It is something we methodically and intentionally build. So, since our playbook is now available to you, let us proceed and build together!

Proud is an absolute understatement! ✈️⚽️
Early this morning, we had the immense honor of standing at Cape Town International Airport to see off our incredible @hopefcza team as they jet off to the Eastern Cape.
After conquering the ABC Motsepe League Western Cape Championship last weekend, the boys aren’t just representing a club anymore. They are carrying the hopes, dreams, and spirit of our entire province on their shoulders at the National Playoffs this week.
To the players, the coaching staff, and everyone working tirelessly behind the scenes: you have already shown what resilience, discipline, and pure heart can achieve. Now, take that Western Cape HOPE onto the national stage. Go out there, play your hearts out, and remember that everyone back home is cheering for you every single second.
Bring it home, boys! The whole province is behind you! 🏆♥️🐦‍🔥
