I don’t really post my cleans that often but they’re also going well 🌚 even though I missed the last rep on both triples at 100 I still made 13 made reps at 90 or more today (triple 90, triple 95, two doubles at 100, and another back off 90 triple). Triple 100 clean (or CJ) coming soon, maybe it will have to wait till in Bulgaria next month 🇧🇬 #weightlifting #olylifting #olympicweightlifting #squats #cleanandjerk by @marloussc

I need to stop doing that thing where I make an ugly third rep, any my ✨perfectionism✨ compels me to add a bonus rep to finish on a nice one. Anyway: 77 kg for a quadruple(?) paused deficit snatch.
