It’s taken me 24 hrs to come to terms with the passing of Wil aka Mc Fats, this has really hit me and many others in a way that words cannot explain, we where and still are one the original crews that has blessed this music scene with so many great moments! Take a moment to put one finger in the air for the too hot to handle Dj Randall, the boy from Forest Gate E7 who touched so many people throughout he’s life, he’s musical mastery had taken you on a beautiful journey, if you had experienced the man, the dj, the music lover, that blessing will stay with you forever. We have a lovely message from the family ❤️❤️❤️Dad’s passing felt nothing short of sudden – a painful reminder that life is never certain when we think there is always more time.We spend so much of our lives assuming there will be another conversation, another hug, another chance, but in a single moment we’re reminded just how precious those moments truly are.Yet, if there is anything loss has taught us, it is the extraordinary power of community. Of music. Of love.We wanted to take a moment to express our immense gratitude to everyone involved in bringing Dad’s tribute together earlier this month at The Cause. None of it would have been possible without every DJ, raver, promoter, artist and friend who gave their time, talent and hearts to honour his memory.Rio and I have been overwhelmed—not only by the event itself, but by the months of quiet dedication, planning, generosity and care that so many people poured into making this happen.To be surrounded by so many people, united by music and by love for Dad, is something we will carry with us forever.There is a saying that we die twice: once when we leave this world, and again the last time our name is spoken.Looking around that room, hearing Dad’s name echoed in stories, music and memories, it was impossible not to feel that his spirit is still very much alive in the hearts of all those he touched.From the bottom of our hearts, thank you.Amber & Rio x⸻Randall we salute you ❤️❤️❤️Rest in eternal peace 🕊️🕊️🕊️❤️❤️❤️❤️ by @marlydnb
