To be completely honest when i was looking for a way forward from all the trials tribulations of life i always turned inward and seperated myself from the pack. I was really lost when i started thinking of what to put on my back and i was still lost when this all began in October of 2019 but my mental health and physical well being starting to take shape and i was headed towards a better place. I have to credit some very important people in my life who made this all possible. Its no suprise that the main people who helped me see and feel that anything is possible were all women. They say it takes a village and let me tell you it does. Because i was grateful for the journey and the lessons that i have learned. It took me several hours of therapy to recognize that there different forms of therapy. Not only talking about your feelings to someone else but also building a with an artist @hen.wife to capture your vision to allow to do great things with it. Also i have to give a huge shout out to mom because without this skin it would not be possible. My therapist and my life coach. You all did amazing work. Also @simschro4u for when my therapist wasnt there she listened and i will be forever grateful. #normalizenormalbodies #normalpeople #normalizetherapy We are all in this together. by @marranzini01
