Family. Faith. Football on Friday night. I grew up on football Friday nights. Last night I experienced it like none other. Attended a family style pot luck tailgate dinner. Watched the band & cheerleaders draw the crowd into the stands. 15 minutes before kick off, players' mothers went to the outside area of one of the end zone forming a circle of prayer. Then the football team ran through the stands like a roar of thunder carrying flags. Tough game...tough loss but the team kneeled together in the end zone for a closing prayer. Then friends and family members gathered in the end zone to find their player for hugs and comforting words. Just can't beat a good football Friday night! by @marshacookclayman

As a child, I can't list the number of museums that were always a part of our vacations. Our parents wanted us to see and know the history of our country. Today I am enjoying the company of a young lady at the State Museum..and i am missing my parents! But I hope she'll remember this day for a long time. And soaking in some knowledge of our ancestors from the Cherokee nation! by @marshacookclayman

The last birthday we celebrated and the last time I hugged her and told her I loved her. Her 93rd birthday on 11-23-2020. She was the queen of our family. Our sweet Ethelene. Love you mother!!! by @marshacookclayman

A new type of Door Dash! My family in the NC mountains are spending most of the day delivering, serving, helping, those who have no way out. They are either up in the hills or libby's working at the hospital. Please pray for the Claymans to have the energy to keep at it and safety all around. by @marshacookclayman
