ADOPT ECHO
Female
Estimated by vet to be 2-3 years old.
White on face could be genetic hair pattern or stressful upbringing, possibly breeding, but does not mean she’s “senior.”
Personally think she is Pittie & Greyhound.
Found as a stray in Palmdale August 11th, dehydrated and underweight.
No chip or collar so there’s just no way she was getting her teeth brushed.
Against all odds, she literally checks all the boxes when it comes to adopting an “easy” dog.
She’s great with all dogs and people.
Potty trained.
Takes treats gently.
Doesn’t pull on walks.
Sleeps through the night on her dog bed.
Knows the dog door & basic commands.
Docile but athletic and loves to play fetch.
Affectionate but not all over you.
Quiet, clean and grateful to be in a home.
The one thing she doesn’t like is a crate - especially if she can’t see you.
Meet her through @pupswithoutborders
She’s truly AMAZING - you’re welcome.

Had the opportunity to PA on @marshallcook ‘s commercial set ! Learned how to cash in on airline miles and even learned how to barter with a car rental agent in exchange for some favors I can’t type out here! Thank you Mr. Cook for having me! 🤗

ECHO (For Your Consideration…)!
Found August 10th, dehydrated in a field in Palmdale, no microchip, no tag. She was picked up by a guy with a big heart named Andrew. He and @katpalardyparty have been watching her ever since, but they cannot keep her.
Echo has been a very polite guest.
She is calm, curious, affectionate, trusting, potty trained, and shown zero aggression toward them, their Chihuahua, or anyone they cross. She has been sleeping in a crate and getting used to it. She loves walks, hikes, and playing with toys, but truly, she just loves company.
The vet thinks she is two years old, which may seem surprising because she has gray on her face. But that could just be her breed/genetics, or potentially a stressful upbringing. She has very healthy teeth, she’s in great shape, and she is up-to-date on her shots.
Considering her circumstances, I’m surprised just how easy she seems. If you’re interested in fostering or adopting, apply through pupswithoutborders.org

MEET MAGIC
Found as a Stray in Fontana, a family picked him up and let him stay with them for three days. They said he was good with their dogs and kids, but they just couldn’t keep him.
He was surrendered to the San Bernardino city shelter, which is depressingly overpopulated.
2-3 dogs are crammed in the same kennel, not always good pairs.
His inmate attacked him, we think multiple times. But Magic never fought back.
@ravensboneyardfriends & @kaylarescuesdogs videoed and shared (THANK YOU) and @pupswithoutborders hustled so pick him up the next morning.
Estimated at 2-years-old, weighing 53 pounds, Magic is a gorgeous pittie, who at least was neglected (and I assume worse), yet remains a total sweetheart to everyone he meets. With some training he’s going to be an amazing, loyal companion. Very excited for this boy!
If you’re interested, apply to foster or adopt at pupswithoutborders.org.

Skyler as a one year-old cattle dog / shepherd /super mutt who has come a long way to finally find you. Great with other dogs, people, kids, even cats. Andy fully potty trained.
he’s a little shy at first, but as you can see, he warms up quickly if you let him do it on his own time. He has been with a foster family for months, but he is losing them very soon, so we are trying to find him a new Foster or better yet, forever family asap! Apply thru pupswithoutborders.com

When ocean water, wave and rain machines, water cannons, dunk tanks, and actors being submerged in water over and over leads to re-recording just about everything you did in the tank.

NOT WITHOUT HOPE
Now in theaters!
If you plan on ever seeing this movie, I highly recommend seeing it on the big screen with surround sound.
@carnojoe and his team crafted an experience both immersive and relentless.
You will be stressed. You will be moved.
The cast gave everything they had in this one. Representing these men and their experience was a huge responsibility that none of us took lightly.
To Marquis, Cory, Will and anyone who knew them, we hope we made you proud.

***UPDATE: ADOPTED!
🐾
Cherry is a beautiful 8-month-old pup who turns heads everywhere she goes.
Some mixed opinions on her breed, but we can all agree she’s stunning.
She and her sister (adopted) were found as strays and brought to the Bakersfield shelter, where she quickly began winning hearts.
She’s very affectionate, loyal, sweet, playful, and/but generally calm (at a home vs the rescue). She is a quick learner and eager to please, she just needs to shown the ropes and given some consistency because she’s still a puppy and has spent most of her life in a cage.
She is very food motivated, which will make training easier. She is also potty trained and walks well on leash. Her recall is fantastic!
We believe she would likely do well in a home with companionship and stimulation - another dog, possibly cats, people who are around more than not, kids (but the ones who know how to respect dogs). She’s ready to love ANYONE.
Her adoption fee includes her first round of vaccines, rabies vaccination, microchip, and spay. If you are looking for a loving and intelligent companion with both beauty and heart, apply for Cherry at pupswithoutborders.org
