Legacy Maker Spotlight: Gosia Machala

As we celebrate 120 years of Marsh Cabinets, it’s people like Gosia—who has spent 8 years investing in our employees and leaders—who help carry that legacy forward.

8 years. A passion for people. A commitment to helping others grow.

For Gosia, her work is about creating opportunities for employees to learn, grow, stay safe, and feel supported throughout their time at Marsh.

Some of her favorite moments are seeing Marsh leaders step away from their day-to-day responsibilities to serve, recognize, and show appreciation for factory and frontline employees.

“Those are the moments that reflect the best of who we are as an organization.”

What keeps her motivated? Every opportunity to make a difference for someone—whether helping an employee, supporting a colleague’s career path, or helping a leader better support their team.

Manufacturing looks very different today than it did even a generation ago.

Technology has changed how we work. Processes have become more sophisticated. Expectations around speed, quality, and service continue to rise. But one thing hasn’t changed: the sense of ownership and pride that comes from making something tangible.

Every cabinet that leaves our factory represents the work of people who had a hand in creating it—from the skill and craftsmanship on our manufacturing floor to the teams and technology that help keep everything moving.

As we celebrate 120 years of Marsh Cabinets, it’s people like Alex who continue to carry that legacy forward.

Nearly 10 years. Strong partnerships. One collaborative culture.
As Director of Supply Chain, Alex is proud of the relationships he’s built with Marsh’s vendor partners and of being part of a culture where people come together when it matters most.
One of his favorite memories? Watching the team rally to navigate the supply chain challenges of recent years.

What keeps him motivated today is just as simple:
“The people and the culture.”
