Got out of work a little early today so hit the woods and got the lucky chance to punch this ole boys ticket! Came in hot looking for a lil lady, and came with a surprise having a nice paint brush beard and being a orange phase🤟🤟 always in awe when it comes to natures critters and he is no exception. 1 5/16in & 1 3/16in spurs, 11in beard and weighed 25lbs on the dot

I don’t even really know what to say, never did I think I’d be able to get a band but somehow was able to harvest my first one out of a pair and hunter and Cody getting the second one! I am beyond grateful and definitely never forgetting this moment🤟 3 man limit with 2 bands by @marshmanwyatt

What.. a.. morning…did not wake up thinking I’d be able to harvest this truly beautiful bird, still doesn’t seem like I shot it. Had a nice mixed-bag with 2 stunners for mallards to, we totalled out 10 for this awesome mornin. This one was high on the list🤟 by @marshmanwyatt

Twas a good weekend chasing these acorn hounds, day two of opening weekend treated us good👊🏻 Punched out our woodduck limits with a co-star of an old giant sky panda, lost one hen at the end. The vast array of colors on these birds will never get old🤩 Can’t ask for much better of a smooth sailing hunt this morning. Already itching to get back after it!

Middle zone opener QUACKDOWN🦆💥🔫First day it was a fight to say the least with the usual dumb💩 But we persevered through and managed to make out between the morning and a afternoon hunt we got our woodie limits, couldn’t find a couple unfortunately but it was with a gracious effort, then with a bonus mallard as a sweet cherrytopper to the strap! Can’t wait to see what this morning for day two has in store for us. Broke out old trusty rusty for opener and man oh man everytime, ya just can’t beat an olddd remmie🤘🏻
