The Flower Travellin' Band - Satori / Atlantic / Japan 1972

Here's the early second pressing with 2300 Yen price on rear. I've recently found this one here in Germany for a very low price - everything's in beautiful condition + the original insert is also included. I'll definitely keep it in my collection... An excellent album, housed in mindblowing gatefold cover! 🙂

Boaz - Three Of A Kind / Blue Moon Records / USA 1978

Another more or less obscure private pressing from the late 70's. Side one is really great psych rock ("Jail Of Love" is incredible and definitely my favorite song from this LP) - on side two they're going into Grateful Dead territories without losing their own style! 👌

The Holy Ghost Reception Committee #9 - Torchbearers / Paulist Press / USA 1969

Here's their superior second album - recently I've upgraded my old copy of this Xian Folk Psych into Garage Rock classic. 🙂

Windflower - s/t / USA 1974

Pretty underrated but highly recommend folk psych private pressing with beautiful male/female vocals... not a single boring song on this one. It's still relatively cheap, so grab it while you can! 👌

Windwords - Shootin' The Breeze / USA 1979

Excellent privately released Ohio folk psych rock with a great vibe from start to finish - the whole album is on YouTube, so please check it out. 👍

Thanks again, Taro @vinylanaconda!

Furekaben - Prinsesseværelset / Spectator / DK 1970

Here's another unique hand-painted version of one of my all-time favorite records from Denmark - incredible experimental acid folk psych at its best!

I've collected some copies over the years, this one's from my friend Taro @vinylanaconda . 😊✌️

Here are a couple of UK originals I've purchased recently... unfortunately, my time is very limited at the moment but will try to do some individual posts as well. 🙂✌️#psychedelicrock #progressiverock #folkrock #folkpsych #vinylcommunity by @marstad1

Can - Soundtracks / Liberty / GER 1970

Most probably the Can album I've played the most & I still think it's great. Years ago you could find it everywhere for cheap but times have changed, clean copies aren't that easy to find anymore.

Here's the true 1st pressing with "Liberty UA Gmbh. München" rim text and front laminated cover, printed by "Carl v. d. Linnepe".

A truly great album, not only for Can fans! 🙂

Andy Marx - Circles / Spiegelei / GER 1973

A rather obscure album from the Spiegelei catalog.

Here's a most probably "one-of-a-kind" test pressing.

It's a very atmospheric album which chapters everything from the 70's Krautrock scene but my favorite song on this album is "Never Give Up".

Judge for yourself and enjoy it 🙂✌️ #psychedelicrock #progressiverock #vinylcommunity #krautrock #spiegeleirecords by @marstad1

13th Floor Elevators - Easter Everywhere / International Artists / USA 1967

I already have some copies with lyric inner sleeve of this masterpiece in my collection, but couldn't resist to buy another one (just because of the cover).

The very fragile gold foil cover is in beautiful condition & partially in it's original shrink wrap - it's the "Postures" version which was released very shortly after the misprinted version, most probably in November/December 1967!

For many reasons, this album is very close to my heart & definitely forever under my top ten 60's psych records! 🙂♥️

After years of searching I've finally completed my Abstract Truth collection... "Cool Sounds For Heads" is basically a compilation of their LPs "Silver Trees" & "Totum". This copy is (despite some lamination problems) as clean as it gets for a South African pressing from 1970. I can only highly recommend this band! 🙂👌 #psychedelicrock #progressiverock #vinylcommunity #abstracttruth #parlophonerecords by @marstad1

Last week, my father died very unexpected at the age of 75. He was in good health again and nobody was thinking about something like that... it was a shock for me and my family.

His funeral was two days ago but everything feels pretty unreal for me...

Right now I'm working a lot on my collection and playing some records, it really helps to going to such hard times!

May you rest in peace, wherever you are. 🙏 by @marstad1
