Tänä vuonna palkinto myönnetään toimijoille ja yhteisöille, jotka ovat edistäneet pitkäjänteisesti psykososiaalista turvallisuutta, yhdenvertaisuutta, saavutettavuutta ja yhteisöllisyyttä.🤝🏽Shyh ry myöntää vuoden 2025 Turvallisempi yhteisö -tunnustuksen Marsut-yhteisölle. Marsut ei ole yksittäinen tapahtuma, vaan pääkaupunkiseudulla vaikuttava yhteisö, joka rakentaa pitkäjänteisesti turvallisempia kulttuuri- ja kohtaamistiloja useiden projektien kautta, kuten Marsupotamia, Marsulandia/Pilvilandia ja Un1t1-kokoontumiset.👏🏽Tunnustus myönnetään heidän tietoisen ja pitkäjänteisen työnsä ansiosta psykososiaalisen turvallisuuden vahvistamiseksi. Turvallisuus näkyy jatkuvana kehitystyönä: käytännöt siirtyvät projektista toiseen, kehittyvät palautteen pohjalta ja rakentuvat kokemuksen myötä.Marsut osoittaa, että turvallisempi yhteisö syntyy vastuusta, halusta kehittyä ja yhdessä tekemisestä.
