A few days of working with the Demidov method reminded me that true presence on stage is born not from control, but from trust. Trust in yourself, your scene partner, the circumstances, and whatever unfolds in the present moment.It was an intense experience filled with discoveries, questions, and moments that will stay with me for a long time. I’m leaving feeling inspired, deeply moved, and even more curious about the creative process.A heartfelt thank you to the teachers and everyone who took part for your openness, courage, and generosity. Experiences like this remind me why I love this craft.Now it’s time to bring these discoveries into my daily practice. ✨…………………………………………………………………………………..Kilka dni pracy z metodą Demidowa przypomniało mi, że prawdziwa obecność na scenie nie rodzi się z kontroli, ale z zaufania.
