Thai beauty is a big part of why my skin looks better at 35 than at 25. After a long flight I did two treatments in one visit, for an inside and outside glow up: an IV drip with vitamin C, B complex and bio-active extracts for radiance and brightening, then a nano facial for tired skin.

📍 LABX, Siam Square One, right next to the BTS station.
They also have locations at CentralWorld, EmQuartier, Thonglor and Terminal 21.

100,000 of you!! 🥹💕

This page started as me posting from home after a corporate job that just wasn’t me, with a big dream to change my life. And you made that dream real.

Every message, every save, every time you tried a place I recommended and came back to tell me about it, that kept me going, even in the months I wanted to quit. This milestone belongs to you as much as to me. Thank you, from my heart ♥

Next, I want to share more of the real story and how I rebuilt my life here, step by step, so maybe it helps some of you do the same ✨

And if you’re new here, welcome! I’m Marta, from Poland and living in Thailand. Expect real travel tips, underrated places across Southeast Asia, and what life here actually looks like.

Tell me in the comments what you’d love to see next 😊💖 taken in Bangkok, Thailand by @martasiels

This is the best souvenir you can bring home from Bangkok 🇹🇭

These famous Thai-made pajamas come in a 7-color collection (one for every day of the week!), made from 100% Lyocell. Plus, matching accessories for a complete look. They even had their fashion moment at Bangkok Fashion Week 2026! ✨

Don’t come to Bangkok without booking this on your first day. 🤩 💆‍♀️

I did a professional hair and scalp treatment where a doctor checks your scalp under the camera and proposes the plan based on what you actually need. They have an advanced TrichoPat machine, only three of them in Thailand.
