🎃 FIRST COLD DAY = PUMPKIN BREAD DAY 🍂🤎

The first chilly day is officially here, so naturally we’re baking pumpkin bread! This is one of those super easy recipes you can make at the beginning of the week and have a cozy little treat ready to go all week long. I doubled this recipe because one loaf just wasn’t going to cut it 😂 but here’s the original recipe:

✨ THE BEST PUMPKIN BREAD ✨
• 1 large egg
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
• 1/4 cup oil (I like using corn but use your fav)
• 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/8 tsp baking soda
• 2-3 tsp pumpkin pie spice (measure with your heart)
• cinnamon sugar topping (measure with your heart)

HOW TO MAKE IT:
Mix the egg, sugars, pumpkin, oil & vanilla until combined. Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice & salt and mix until just combined. Pour into your prepared loaf pan, sprinkle generously with cinnamon sugar, and bake at 350 degrees until a toothpick comes out clean (normally 30-40 minutes) 🎃✨
