🌸 I sit on the board of EmpowHERto, and every year I watch what happens when a room full of people decides to show up for girls who need it most.

On September 19 from 11-3 pm, we are hosting Bloom and Brunch in Boca Raton, FL.

🌷A garden brunch, live stories from our girls, and a room full of people who make you want to do more. Tickets and sponsorships are both open, and both change a girl’s trajectory.

💬 If you want in, on either side of the table, DM me and I will send you the details myself. https://givebutter.com/bloom-and-brunchden-affair26 by @marthajeifetz

💜 The Playbook Is Always the Same: Stage to Boardroom 💜

Over the weekend, my daughter’s teachers sent messages to the cast before their opening show. It was a masterclass in leadership, hard work, and gratitude.

Whether you are stepping onto a stage, walking onto a pitch, or leading in a boardroom, the playbook for excellence never changes:

✔️ Preparation is where you win. The work happens long before the lights turn on.
✔️ Leaders lift the ensemble. True success requires strong support behind the scenes.
✔️ Standing alongside beats standing above. Great cultures are built on mutual respect.
✔️ Gratitude is the strategy. Success is sweeter when you appreciate the team carrying the weight with you.

Thank you to the directors, teachers, leaders and coaches pouring their hearts into our kids, adults and teams. You are doing far more than teaching a craft or a skill; you are showing us how to lead with commitment and heart.

Here is to breaking legs, winning matches, building teams and honoring those who pave the way. 💜 by @marthajeifetz

💜 This is why we wrote this book!

Buenos Aires was not just a launch for me. It felt like coming full circle. Being in a room with women who saw themselves in these words, who shared their own stories, and who reminded me that what we feel so often in silence is not something we are meant to carry alone.

For a long time, I thought the tension between success and alignment was something I had to navigate on my own. Writing Unapologetically Latina made me see how shared that experience really is.

This is about creating space for the conversations we are finally ready to have about identity, alignment, and power.

🥍 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐝. 𝐆𝐞𝐭 𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫. 𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐟𝐮𝐧. 🥍

This weekend, while experiecing Lacrosse for the first time, one tent caught my attention. Apparently I’m an LAX mom now!

The sign read: “Work hard. Get better. Have fun.”

Three simple sentences — and yet, what a powerful philosophy for life and leadership.

💭 I couldn’t help but wonder: what if that’s exactly how we approached our work and our growth? Not from pressure or perfection, but from purpose.

✅ Work hard — not to prove, but to be intentional and present.
✅ Get better — not for validation, but for alignment with who we are becoming.
✅ Have fun — because joy is not a reward, it’s fuel.

That message, created by Stealth Lacrosse, reminded me that high performance doesn’t have to come at the expense of fulfillment. It can be grounded, human, and even fun.

🌿 So here’s to working with heart, growing with clarity, and remembering that joy belongs in the process — not just in the outcome.

💬 Please share: What would change for you if you lived by that motto? by @marthajeifetz
