Comment RESET to learn how intentional time outdoors can balance your stress hormones, improve sleep, and reboot your vitality in just 7 days.☀️

When @goop came to the farm to dive into the science of being outdoors, the data was undeniable: we are living through a massive indoor epidemic. We spend 93% of our lives indoors, a habit that disrupts your sleep, dysregulates your nervous system, and drains your energy.

But you don’t need a lifestyle overhaul to feel like yourself again. You just need intentional time in nature.

By reclaiming even a fraction of that missing 7% outdoors, the science shows you can support your hormone health and regulate your nervous system. Natural light exposure helps anchor your circadian rhythm, lowering stress and calming your nervous system. It also triggers the natural melatonin response needed for deep, restorative sleep.

You don’t have to live in a constant state of fight-or-flight. Your body knows how to heal, it just needs the right environment. It’s time to give your body the medicine it’s actually asking for. Comment RESET below and I’ll send you the free 7-Day Outdoor Reset. And thanks for visiting and writing @marthamccully @goop! taken in Santa Barbara, California by @marthamccully

Goodbye house of 61 years. Bye screen door where I broke the glass panel and cut myself badly while my mom was at a meeting on child safety. Goodbye dining room chandelier from Nancy Rogers that my parents cleaned meticulously every New Years Day. By Grandfather clock, one of many that ticked and chimed constantly. Bye Copper Beach tree, supposedly the biggest in Winchester. Bye hedge where I hid the vodka in a Skippy jar on Thursdays for Friday nights out. Bye Girl Scout sash, I never was a very good seamstress. Bye Congo church, where I was theoretically supposed to get married. 🤷‍♀️ Bye high school friends who still drop by. Bye side view that feels unfamiliar. See ya Kilmer’s fencing outfit from Freshman year at Harvard. Bye side of the barn where Michael restored his ‘57 Chevy. Goodbye Kilmer’s beloved music stands for his quartets. Bye 1967 relic of my falling for California. Bye handmade quilt from my ‘70s pink bedroom. Bye house in the snow. See ya Dutchman’s Pipe that came with the house in 1965. Bye house at night, someone was always up. Bye all the stuff we didn’t know what to do with. Goodbye photo of my great aunts taking care of Michael the day I was born in at the Naval Hospital in Bethesda. Bye Winchester my hometown. I loved all of it. Thank you from the bottom of my 💜.
